Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem citrades.com is scam

I am having an issue with a company
I see Chan Ming. But I have seen some binary trading platforms that display a certificate of audit issued by independent auditing bodies such as IBFA. Will this be convincing enough to prove that the brokers are liquid or well-funded? Please share your thoughts on this (attn. Pharaoh & Roaming). Thanks.

Could be. But if you look closely at the website's auditing policies and you can discover inconsistencies, it could be a sign that the auditing body is not real. The best way to ascertain that the auditing firm is authentic is to call the people behind it. Real business websites are manned by real people. Otherwise, they're fake.

Lots of mixed up here, guys I advice that if you have problem with any broker then open your own thread.

Glad to be back somehow. Well, as far as I'm concerned, all binary trading platforms are awardees of something. I haven't seen one without a seal of recognition from some organization or website. LOL...

That's the problem with some brokers. They are not well-funded to be able to stand alone.

Maybe it's good to choose a broker that is duly certified by an independent auditing body. The audit certificate could be a good proof that the trading platform is well funded and liquid.

I think so too. Sites that are certified should be liquid if their certifications are real. The presence of Certificates of Liquidity, Certificates of Compliance to Standards, availability of positive reviews and the absence of complaints are good indicators that a binary trading platform is reliable. You can also ask fellow traders for inputs to validate your findings.

Binary brokers have plenty of liquidity - 100% of it comes from deposits made by clients. This is why it's so hard to get profits or even initial deposits back from so many o.them.

The issue is that these brokers continue to operate by introducing innovative schemes. The end result is the same though. I strongly think that the victims should lodge complaints irrespective of the investment amount, i.e 250 or 250k.
