Ok I will start from the Top
I own a IB Company in New Zealand, I connect people to brokers
once upon a time Ytfx Australia looked after me and my clients (no other ytfx branch just Aus branch had some decency)
I was told things were find and to continue referring,
So a few months ago I referred a Client from my own country, Tim is his name
a few weeks after the deposit I did not get paid the agreed 400 CPA despite having met all of the pre-requisites
Then a few weeks after that We found out that YTFX had in fact sold to AVAfx (avatrade)
I started email both sides (ytfx and Ava)
none of them have decided to pay me and instead just take my client - here is where it gets interesting:
I have told them since I was not paid I have the right to tell my client to withdraw and go elsewhere (i can smell this dodgy **** from a mile away)
I was informed by Hugh (ava rep) that I have "every right" to do so if I feel that is the right course of action for not being paid.
My client here in nz, has sent 5 withdraws over the period of MONTHS to recover his initial deposit (barely any trading was done to make a net profit of like 30 dollars or something)
I have helped my clients to do 100s of withdrawals, I know what is required (bank name bank address beneficiary name swift and IBAN number)
the Ava correspondence is really pathetic
5 WITHDRAW ATTEMPTS, the first few AVA admits that they "type it in wrong and made a mistake"
I will get my client to create an account here and start blasting these THIEVES
IT HAS BEEN LIKE 4 MONTHS AVA, HURRY THE **** UP YOU PIECES OF ****, WE ARE TIRED OF THESE GAMES, WE HAVE GIVEN YOU OVER 4 MONTHS TO CO OPERATE, AND NOW WE COME HERE, BE WARNED WE HAVE TAKEN LEGAL ACTION AGAINST FX BROKERS IN THE PAST.... AND WON + LAWYER FEES
