Ok I will start from the Top

I own a IB Company in New Zealand, I connect people to brokers

once upon a time Ytfx Australia looked after me and my clients (no other ytfx branch just Aus branch had some decency)

I was told things were find and to continue referring,

So a few months ago I referred a Client from my own country, Tim is his name

a few weeks after the deposit I did not get paid the agreed 400 CPA despite having met all of the pre-requisites

Then a few weeks after that We found out that YTFX had in fact sold to AVAfx (avatrade)

I started email both sides (ytfx and Ava)

none of them have decided to pay me and instead just take my client - here is where it gets interesting:

I have told them since I was not paid I have the right to tell my client to withdraw and go elsewhere (i can smell this dodgy **** from a mile away)

I was informed by Hugh (ava rep) that I have "every right" to do so if I feel that is the right course of action for not being paid.

My client here in nz, has sent 5 withdraws over the period of MONTHS to recover his initial deposit (barely any trading was done to make a net profit of like 30 dollars or something)

I have helped my clients to do 100s of withdrawals, I know what is required (bank name bank address beneficiary name swift and IBAN number)

the Ava correspondence is really pathetic

5 WITHDRAW ATTEMPTS, the first few AVA admits that they "type it in wrong and made a mistake"

I will get my client to create an account here and start blasting these THIEVES

IT HAS BEEN LIKE 4 MONTHS AVA, HURRY THE **** UP YOU PIECES OF ****, WE ARE TIRED OF THESE GAMES, WE HAVE GIVEN YOU OVER 4 MONTHS TO CO OPERATE, AND NOW WE COME HERE, BE WARNED WE HAVE TAKEN LEGAL ACTION AGAINST FX BROKERS IN THE PAST.... AND WON + LAWYER FEES
 
i would also like to add that Myself, Tim, and Bill from the FPA have all been communicating to ava and Tim in a group email, this has been going on for a while now
 
hello dear and i have issues with avatrade which is AKA AVA OR AVAFX also and i wish you good luck getting your money back ,they did scammed me already and upto date they ignoring me
 
i can promise you one thing mate, you have my full support on this becouse i know how bad they are when it comes to pay som real cash

Thank you for your query.

AvaTrade has tried to process and send these withdrawals to your bank account five times but unfortunately every time, the funds returned to us. AvaTrade understand that on one or two of these instances, an issue had originated from our side however on the last withdrawal we had ask you to confirm the details before the funds were sent.

We received an official email from ANZ Bank, through our secured server, that the either the BSB or account was incorrect. This was the official reason that the funds were returned.

In that past we had asked you to provide us with an official statement from your bank showing the BSB and numbers. Please provide us with this official letter so that we can process and send the funds again.

I do understand your frustration and would like to work with you to solve this matter. AvaTrade sends hundreds of withdrawals and company payments through our Australian bank (ANZ) without issue.

For security purposes I cannot post this secure email from ANZ on this forum however I will email you directly with a copy.

I own the company who referred Tim Seccombe (which Never got paid for )

THERE DOES NOT NEED TO BE A BSB NUMBER

WE HAVE TOLD YOU THAT ALL YOU NEED IS:

BANK NAME
BANK ADDRESS
BENEFICIARY NAME
IBAN NUMBER (NOT BSB)
SWIFT CODE


I would like to mention that our bank has said that if they have sent the money, there would be MT103 filled for each withdrawal

AVA HAS NOT SENT ANY OF THESE MT103'S TO MY CLIENT (so to me they haven't actually processed even 1 withdraw)

we have months of idiotic transcripts from these monkeys

Also something to note: The original deposit was via Credit Card, avatrade should just refund the card Instead of deliberately stalling

I expected a little more from you avatrade
 
I would like to say That I have personally overseen Kiwibank withdrawals from other brokers with no problem at all, yet ava is having all the trouble in the world.

Tim even asked his bank what they needed, and provided it all on a neat little table for avatrade to understand, but they still don't get it
