Already, right off the bat, I question who you are as your account say's PaulWilliams yet you sign your message/post off with "Regards, Roy Aaron".

I have received no further email from yourselves or anyone from Avatrade.

Still have received no receipts or M103's from your company at all.

Communication is now seeming to be on a week to week basis and very limited that I hear from your company.

All I am hearing is withdrawal attempts made, failed attempts occurred and questions for me to provide more and more documents or information of which I have already provided!

PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION PLEASE I.E PROOF YOU HAVE EVEN PROCESSED THE CORRECT INFORMATION

One of the main concerns is that you have not provided me with any of these receipts or M103's ....that is a great point and basis to start from please :

I have given more than enough info, time and documents and now the ball is in Avatrades court to actually do something helpful.

Would appreciate a response to my question AT LEAST and communication to ensue with haste.

Thank you for your query.

AvaTrade has tried to process and send these withdrawals to your bank account five times but unfortunately every time, the funds returned to us. AvaTrade understand that on one or two of these instances, an issue had originated from our side however on the last withdrawal we had ask you to confirm the details before the funds were sent.

We received an official email from ANZ Bank, through our secured server, that the either the BSB or account was incorrect. This was the official reason that the funds were returned.

In that past we had asked you to provide us with an official statement from your bank showing the BSB and numbers. Please provide us with this official letter so that we can process and send the funds again.

I do understand your frustration and would like to work with you to solve this matter. AvaTrade sends hundreds of withdrawals and company payments through our Australian bank (ANZ) without issue.

For security purposes I cannot post this secure email from ANZ on this forum however I will email you directly with a copy.

Ava is failing do provide the M103's which will prove if they have in fact sent the money or are just saying "we have sent the money"
 
I can confirm ava has finally paid Tim the money.

Apparently it was an IDIOT in the accounting department ****ing up all 6 wire transfers, and then telling Tim he details were wrong

This thread is still not going away, I will continue to spread the word about Avas HORRIBLE PRACTICES

also ytfx OR ava Owe me 400usd for Tim even being referred in the first place

mark my words; I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO AVA BECAUSE I KNOW HOW DIRTY THEY ARE

good job on the bad publicity ava, you really deserve it, and you did it all by yourself

refundyourmoney.net - first registered on 2014-09-05. Looks to me like they may be in the business of telling you how to do a chargeback - most likely for a hefty upfront fee. They don't want to talk to anyone owed under $3000 and only support credit/debit purchases. My vote - avoid them.
