Problem FBS scam me they cancelled my balance 1563$ and make my account zero 0,00 simply

I open an account no 362525 ( magdy hosni andel fattah soliman ) with FBS and made a deposit by neteller 1230$ in 13-08-2014 I made profits and requested a refund and they deducted the 60%bonus then i continue trading without bonus .
in this time my friend was log into another account from my computer to negotiate his trades with me
in 27-08-2014 i was in a eur/usd long position while suddenly FBS dealer closed all my profited open positions on eur/usd wit p/l 300$ then they removed all my previous profits 1563$ and my account goes 0.00 ( zero ) .
I sent an email asking for the issue they told the following :
"Should a client log in a trading platform with a bonus trading account on the same device that has been used for trading on bonus accounts of other clients, and at the same time profit from trading on any of these account is detected, the company has the right to consider this as a major violation of the promotion conditions "
please help me get my balance back from this russian forex mafia !

could you tell us please How exactly are you consider log in to the mt4 platform other account is a violation ?! all of traders in all brokers log in to other's accounts for a purposes like account management or edit open trades or giving advises to others etc...... this don't give you the right to take client's funds if you do so you are not a broker you are a scam
How did you caneled all account balance simple ?!
by the way I filled a complaint to CFNRA in russia and wait the reply

as you see them typicall automated long reply they give themself the right to take client's balance and simply tell you cheater you violate us with no real evidance !!!!!!!!!!

Did you open two accounts from the same IP?

As for chapter 15 of FBS conditions- you mentioned just 2 accounts. So if he had 3 or more accounts is it fine? So if Mr. Soliman opens another account does this solve the problem?

Once you take a bonus, always make sure you read the terms very carefully. And much better if you don't take a bonus.

this guys always change the terms and condition as this terms is new:
1- when i open my account and made the deposit the leverage was 1:500 then they changed the terms to 1:200
2- when i open my account and made the deposit the profits withdrawal was to the same deposit e-wallet then they changed it to only bank wire
3- when i open my account and made the deposit the spread was 1pip - 3 pip fixed then they changed it to 3- 7 pip vaiable + 4 pip slipage in everytrade
4- finally they added a term to give them the right to cancell profit assuming a crazy bucketshop scam rules
please help me return my money or let us go for the next step and for all traders stay away and savw you hard earned money away from this forex russian mafia
