If you want to trade with them, you not only have to make your first deposit of 250 $, you also have to give them copies of your ID, Creditcard and utilitybill. (Compliance) You will soon be pushed to indrease your deposit. I denied this, but just the credit card number is sufficient to extract your remaining balance with Visa. After some cumbersome e-mails the balance (the stolen money) will appear on your account and will be verified. No you can start trading and apply for a withdrawal of your funds, but some trading is required before. The financial advisor will call you and say: "I show you how to trade" You follow his instructions > you will win twice. Next he tricks you into the wrong call or put. Bang ! All your balance is lost. And the advisor blames you for having entered the wrong data, and even blames you for having messed up his commission ..... There is no way to recover any money, also not thru intervention with Visa. Visa called me to inform, that BDB tried 3 times to withdraw money from my acct., but did not care to stop the transaction at the very moment. At least they canceled and replaced the CC, but I am still responsible for transactions before this time.
STAY AWAY FROM Banc de Binary, even some reviews are positiv.

Its very sad to know all that, but still you can try with CC department and discuss everything. Lets hope that you will get your money back soon.

Get screenshots of everything. Make sure to speak to the fraud department at your issuing bank. Tell them which charges you authorized and which ones you didn't.

If they charged you without your request/authorization then it's also a criminal felony.

Besides contacting your card issuer for a chargeback request as Pharaoh suggested, contact also your cyber police so is the Cyber police and financial regulation where this company is located.

While you are at it, go ahead and file a report with econsumer.gov - Your site for cross-border complaints. Those reports are available to police and regulators around the world. Your report may be the one that provides the last piece of evidence needed for some agency to file charges.
