I have tried to withdraw my money from the his company's platform (xpmarkets.com) and found out the site is no longer valid or existing. I tried many times to write emails, while my withdrawal request was pending and no answer was received from any of their support emails. today i am also sending a post per snail mail.

Please share your experience and file a court case on FPA as soon as possible and stay away from this company!!

How and when did you deposit? If it was by credit card, contact your issuing bank's fraud department immediately.

What country are you in? Some countries have cyber police or central places for filing online financial fraud complaints.

I deposited at last on Oct 10th. 2014 by CC. I will ask by the bank.

Then don't wait and contact the card issuer to file a chargeback

Call the local police and ask them about Cyber/Internet police

i have tried and i was told that if the sum is not min. some thousand euros, they wont move a lot.

In the FX world case, they just hide behind Ltd companies in offshore shelters, they also rely that clients won't hurry to lawsuit them
