Huahua290 claims FBS took 3800 USD from his credit card and refused to deposit into my trading accou

ℹ️ Info ⭐ Reviews ❓FAQ
Do you know 'Skrill payment by guest'?? - of course you should if claim yourself as a financial business professional or anyone who has basic financial sense - but sure you shall pretend not knowing it as it serves your misleading ans scamming purpose as usual!

Now listen carefully (though you already know it pretty clearly): Skrill allows people to make credit card payment via them as a GUEST and you DO NOT need an account with Skrill - and you can enter any random email address while making the payment!

And stop playing dumb or treating the public dumb: of course the PAYMENT itself is automatic - not just Skrill, credit card, e-wallet and even bank transfer are all automatic as once you send the money it's gone and you will receive it - but the money wouldn't and shouldn't go to the trading account directly, it will just reach your bank accounts/e-wallet - and then it is your LEGAL OBLIGATION to check where the money come from and if it should be deposited to some trading account! If you receive money which the sender's name is different than one trading account's name, then it is a scam and breach of Anti-money Laundering Laws- and that's what you have exactly committed!

Ok, then randomly that person entered corrected email, the same as registered at FBS trading account: huahua157290@gmail.com
In our system this payment was made by Skrill and not by credit or debit card! So, all the checks were to be done by Skrill!

It is not prohibited to trade different trading accounts from the same computer, but you claimed that FBS had stollen money from yoru credit card, but the money had been deposited to trading account that was traded from your computer!

It's not clear how you conducted the scam soley or with partnership, so how that email was entered while doing the skrill payment remains unknown ro me - however that's why you failed your legal duty to check the correct name for money sender and account holder!!

(Not to mention Skrill told me that it's not even huaqhua157290@gmail.com entered while the guest Skrill payment happened and you once again made up false things to conduct scam!)

And finally answer me: 1) How do you know it's 'my computer'? Are your customers only allowed to log into trading accounts on their own computer?
2) Even if - just IF - it is 'my computer', show me the Terms & Conditions clearly saying 'it is Okay to accept third party payments if the accounts are traded on the same computer even the money sender's name is different with the trading account's'!

I expect you to honestly answer the questions - at least one question - because so far you haven't answered any of my questions yet, instead you just change the subject and mislead the public by made-up excuses!

Btw, while I am here doing free publication for your company in front of hunderds of thousands people who would be very interested to know the reputation of the SCAM FBS, I have also contacted financial and crime authorities in Russia, UK and China - it's just a matter of time you would be forced to return my money - maybe a long time, but let's hope your reputation can last till then.

Whoes account 356791 is? Is that mine?

Show me the terms & conditions saying 'trading accounts traded from the same ip should be seen belonging to one person'!

Not to mention I didn't only trade on one computer as my IB helped managing my trading as well!

Trading with multiple accounts with different names with one computer is forbidden in all brokers. Another broker who will say the same. an IB can not trade with client accounts except open a PAMM account where he can manage the accounts of investors.

Of course you know the difference between PAMM and IB.

Actually I didn't know the difference between PAMM and IB - if I knew it by any chance, I'd never even let the IB get me involved itto this FBS scam and manage my trading!

You can see from the log-files attached that all these trading accounts were traded from the same computer (the same CID). Yours accounts: 351427, 349764, and trading account where the funds were deposited: 356791.
It is important because you claimed that FBS had stillen your funds, but the funds were deposited to trading account that was trading from your computer.

As I already said, automated payments are checked by the payment system, and automatically added to trading account. The payment was made via the same email huahua157290@gmail.com.

You are not answering my questions, you are just copying & pasting the lies you have made up, so now please answer the two questions ONE BY ONE:

Everybody isn't it weird, we have been giving FBS 9 pages, but so far it hasn't answered any of my questions directly even I repeated them many times. I have requested FBS to answer the following questions:

1. Why did you take money from someone named Yu Wang (which was clearly shown on the Skrill transaction confirmation YOU provided) but deposit it to trading account 356791 that belong to someone named Lang Li?

2. Is the fact listed in question 1 a 'third party payment' in your definition? If not, please tell us the definition of 'third party payment' in your Terms & Conditions.

3. Are your customers only allowed to log into trading accounts on computers they legally own?

4. If different trading accounts are ever logged on one same computer, does that make the legal owner of that computer the account holder for all those different trading accounts - by your Terms & Conditions? And should the computer owner be required to take responsbility for the different trading accounts - by your Terms & Conditions?

I have been trying to get direct answers to these questions from FBS over the last 9 pages - so dear FBS: if you are really a honest and decent broker you claim to be, and you have not any fault in this incident, I believe you would simply be willing to answer these questions directly one by one.

If you have actually been scamming, you can continue avoiding the questions and keep playing the hiding game - but that would be very obvious for the public to judge then.

Please answer my 4 questions FBS.

Huahua290, If you don't even know the basics like difference between PAMM and IB, then it's your mistake and as I said earlier as well that the Trader is equally responsible for its mistakes.

As I already said, the payment was made via Skrill, that is why that was made automatically, and the funds were immediately added to trading account requested. For that reason all the checks in case of an automated payments are done by the payment system. The data I provided we received only when we requested the check of the payment details afterwards. The Skrill payment was made via email. Emails of the money sender and the money receiver are the same.

It is not forbidden to log in the same computer with different trading accounts of different FBS users. But it is not the point here! The point is that you originally claimed that FBS had stollen the funds from your trading account, which was fully proved that the funds were deposited to trading account via Skrill and that trading account were traded from the same computer as your trading accounts were traded. And that means that FBS did not steal your funds!!!

We provided all the facts proving that you were directly related to the trading account where the funds were deposited.

So after all you still haven't answered any of my 4 questions - suppose you really have no fault in the whole matter, why can't you just simply answer one queston at least?

Only scammer is scared!
