Hallo, im not sure if you can assist me, I have been trading with BTGoption since June 2014, when I made my first deposit( with credit card) after that I made a few more deposits. in October I decided that I wont be trading anymore since I was only losing money. i then made a succesfull withdrawal of 2,5k, and then the trouble started, whenever i would request a withdrawal I would not hear anything from then, if I contact support, they would send me an email saying sorry for the delay, my withdrawal will be issued the next day, and then after two weeks I will receive an Email to say that because the withdrawal was pending for two weeks it is cancelled. now i am completely unable to get hold of them, support is not answering any of my emails, the online live chat seems to be offline all the time, and when you phone the contact number it says that the number does not exist anymore.Also the guy who was my broker, Alex Cooper does not respond to any of my messages.There is still more the 7k of my money in my account that I cant withdraw(i just want to add that it is all my own money, since I never made any profit)I would be so glad if someone can tell me what to do, or if BTGoptions even exist! Thank you!
