Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem Pepperstone cancelled my trades

I am having an issue with a company
Totale agree.... And also when CHF accident occured in their site they stated "business as usual"... Now i know the meaning...

Are you scammed by them also?

at this time I don't trade at Pepperstone, but traded there year ago when they where good
Although I have deleted profit at other broker with stupid excuse about error, all info will follow, if we won't reach agreement...

Yes they are good till you do some big gains.... i already filed a case with ASIC...let's see what happen.

I think that the CHF trade was a VERY PARTICULAR case, something happens once every 10 years maybe. Broker have been very damaged and lost millions,
so I bet they will try to compensate the negative accounts with some positive accounts. I don't say they're right in doing that but that day had erratic prices.
The real scammers are those who cancel profits in REGULAR day and regular news, just my opinion.

Alexx71,
i can understand what you say and in my very first communication to them i told i can understand to make a trade adjustment because of what happened ... but i was on the right side of the movement so NO WAY TO CANCEL PROFITS.

They are on the Market they are ECN and as some people lost money EVEN BEYOND THEIR ACCOUNTS and have been forced to pay ... i don't understand why they should cancel profits.

I totally agree with you. We all know the nature of the broker, more or less they try to scam us. And they do with freeze, slippagge, and delete profits.
They have :

1 - Our Money ( until we withdraw they have in their pocket )
2 - Technology : They will make every dirty tricks because we operate in THEIR platform

So at the end we are in the very very weaker position as traders.

To avoid any confusion, I think you're right, in your position I can consider an adjustment, as a compromise because I understand the really
unique event occured but not a 100% trade cancelled. I think broker that suffer losses will try everything to recover their losses, and
also delete profits to compensate negative accounts.

Different was what Ironfx made to me in a NORMAL day of trading, with a REGULAR and NORMAL news...... https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/fore...-my-profit-8507-62-eur-fundamental-trade.html

I understand but we must fight otherwise is better to leave forex market (which i want to work in). So i think best forex brokers are:

Moderation Team Note: Do not recommend companies inside of Scam Alerts. This ties the name of the company you recomment to a company which is being complained about.

Why ECN/STP brokers lost money if they were not actually Market Makers?

Their whole system proved to be a big failure.

Because they are SCAM...i wonder if someone here on the forum have lost money, with Pepperstone, during CHF move and had trades nullified; i'm quite sure NO.

Anyway i waiting for a reply from ASIC where i've opened a case.

In the meanwhile guys, stay AWAY from them.

If you were on the right direction with market and pepperstone hadn't pay you nor even reply to the thread, you can imagine what horrific it had done to others accounts and stops that were opposite to market price.
