Prime FMS Scam

I presently have a balance of US$10k in my account with Prime FMS which I have been repeatedly requesting to withdraw since 5 Feb 2015. All of my requests however have been ignored.

I opened the account with Prime FMS in Aug 2014 after many calls from their representatives assuring me that the organisation was fully licensed and above board and that I would have no problem withdrawing my monies. The representatives who have previously spoken to me include:

- Henry Grant,
- Jordan Rice,
- Ray Dalio, and
- Cristina Alesci.

I started the account with an initial deposit of US$7,000. Following some initial successful trades in late 2014, the amount grew to US$11,400.

I tried for the first time to withdraw the monies in my account on 5 Feb 2015. I submitted a formal request form (as per the procedure on the Prime FMS website) asking to withdraw the full US$11,400. I received email confirmations from the organisation, on the same day, first stating that my request had been received and thereafter that it had been approved.

In the event, however, only a sum of US$1,400 was transferred to me and I received an email from Cristina Alesci, on the same day, stating that they were only transferring US$1,400 and were holding back the balance US$10,000 so as not to "put [my] account at high risk". (?)

The full text of Cristina's email to me is below:

"Morning Stephen
How do you do?
I'd like to inform you that I have arranged for your investment balance to remain on 10,000 USD
This is the minimum amount we are able to trade with.
Kindly be advice that your account is under funds management. We can't afford to put your account at high risk”
Please login to your account and see the balance.
1400 USD was transferred to you
According to all market indicators we are expecting a very volatile market for the next 2 weeks"

Ray Dalio then called me to try and persuade me to leave the US$10,000 in my account. I told him during that call that this was inconsistent with my request and that I wanted to try out the withdrawal process for the full amount in my account. He then told me over the phone that they would honour my request if this was what I really wanted but asked that I send an email to them to confirm the position.

I immediately sent that email, on 5 Feb 2015, confirming that I wanted to withdraw the full amount but have since received no reply or follow up to that email. I have also since sent many email chasers but, again, have received no response to any of these.

On 16 Feb 2015, I also resubmitted another formal withdrawal request (for the balance US$10,000), following the procedure on their website. Aside from receiving an automated email reply confirming receipt of my request, I have again heard nothing from the company or from either Ray or Cristina or any other representative of Prime FMS regarding my request.

I have also tried to reach the organisation by phone, using the numbers indicated on their website and in their emails, but cannot get through on any number. Despite numerous attempts, the phone just rings once and then cuts off.

I should also highlight that before my withdrawal request, on 5 Feb 2015, both Cristina and Ray were incessantly calling me to try and persuade me to increase my deposit amount to US$100,000. I am most fortunate that I did not agree to that request, not least since I am now seeing more complaints from other people who are having trouble withdrawing much larger amounts.

At this point, I am forced to conclude that this organisation is clearly a sham and am writing this letter to highlight my case to potential investors and warn them not to deal with Prime FMS. I regrettably failed to properly verify their claim of being duly licensed in the UK at the onset, before placing my deposit in my account, and cannot now trace any record of their being licenced.

I have copies of emails and print screen shots of my account page evidencing all of the above.

I am truly very disappointed with this whole affair and can only urge other investors or potential investors to exercise extreme caution with Prime FMS so they will not be duped by this organisation or its representatives.

best regards,

Stephen

Hi Stephen,

Have you tried getting their representative to clarify in Forex Peace Army forum. Please invite them to clarify in this forum.
