Conspiracy Theory - Hotforex Scammed me $14770.25 - Because I gave myself a margin call

If I was in any country court will request to change the judge because he or she are unqualified to hold my case and give a decision for.

FPA is not qualified to make a decision in my case of raising it from traders court case to open cases then voting because it's involved in business with scammer hotforex, but since this is not a court and FPA can do whatever it wants to my case Hotforex Scammed me $14770.25
I ask FPA to instantly raise my traders court case against scammer hotforex to the traders court open cases and for voting on it.

If FPA refuse for obvious reason of continuing protecting the advertiser scammer hotforex, FPA can do whatever it wants with it, left for FPA conscience!!!

I'll continue posting more facts and evidences against scammer hotforex on my thread if FPA even keep it not go mad in removing it too like its members angry replies when hotforex scam is talked about.

Since you seem to believe that evidence is not necessary, then you are correct. The FPA is not qualified to judge cases where people complaining don't bother to provide the evidence. I suggest you create your own site where your word alone is all that's needed to convict any company of anything you believe.

Good try!!! All my over 100 posts on this thread full of legal proofs of hotforex SCAM are not enough proofs.

FPA members and readers must know that the evidence asked by FPA lately is a complete detailed statement of my account, so FPA want to see every trade I took. For what reason is that?!

FPA not satisfied with this evidence coming officially from the scammer hotforex by email.

Stop cheating on the crowd FPA. Anyone can review this thread and reveal that your claims are false.

Other FPA scam folder case especially against ironfx and instaforex are raised directly to traders court OPEN CASES not kept in drawer of traders preparation folder!!! like my case against scammer hotforex

If FPA want to play a suspicious role of being hotforex lawyer by asking questions after getting informative info from scammer hotforex to do!!!, then that's considered not being qualified judge to take a decision in my case.

I sent my detailed statement to regulators, not post every single detail of my trading, deposits and withdrawals for everybody in the world to see.

The importance is in this "136602.05 USD" evidence and let hotforex tell you that this statement didn't come from it or is fake!!!, scammer hotforex gave me as a retail client more than the $30000 bonus it states in its contract which means breach of contract and encouraging a retail client into trading on higher risk that oblige hotforex to take full responsibility of after scammer hotforex broke the basics of its regulators license that say informing retail clients of market high risk not give them extreme bonuses to encourage higher risk!!!

The reason for the request for your trading statements is two-fold.

1. Seeing the dates and amounts of each and every deposit and bonus. Without this information, it is impossible to assess your claim that you got excessive bonuses in violation of the bonus terms.

2. The full statement also will make it very plain whether the margin call you got was 100% self-inflicted or not.

If you provide the information as requested, your case can then be evaluated. If you want to say that the posts in this thread are all you have, I see no reason not to dismiss the case on the grounds that excess bonuses inside or outside of bonus terms are not truly a scam and that all the evidence you've shown so far makes it appear that you over-traded your account and got wiped out in the SNB-CHF crisis.

A statement from the broker that states clearly "Total Bonus Awarded: 136602.05 USD" is not enough evidence, did I fabricate the number in my factory?!

2- excess bonuses inside or outside of bonus terms are not truly a scam

With this reply by Pharaoh, the whole world and me can see the proof that there's no necessity for any detailed statement when you already took the decision of not escalating my case for voting for reasons we all know AD Money VS Client Rights.

So in your book, the broker that gives bonus more than stated in contract is not violating its policy and breached the contract?!

Then why the need of a contract? Let everyone do as FPA acting and hotforex scamming, look after the result not the reason.

3- The bonus policy of giving retail client more than the stated bonus amount in contract is a case that does not have to do whatsoever with open orders results but the latter is evaluated depending on scammer hotforex not applying its margin policy and cheating that there was no liquidity at that time without providing even names of LP's the orders were located at then tell us how a 5+ trillion market had no liquidity in london session?!
The enormous lots of 150 some talked about is attached to scammer hotforex giving extreme bonuses that encouraged the retail client to trade higher lots.

4- Did you ask yourself for a second, how an accoun can run on negative margin?!! Isn't that another kind of encouraging retail client on trading on over over the not just normal equity of account but also over over the bonus amount too, so the account was leveraged even over the default 1:400 leverage and over the margin required to open positions.

All these are not enough evidenceof hotforex SCAM.

I've cancelled more than one advertising contract when a broker was caught abusing clients.

I've also banned more than one person who decided to start hijacking unrelated threads to promote his issue. I see I need to take some of your HotForex posts out of threads for other brokers.

Since you insist on making this into a pointless conspiracy theory, I'll have to move this thread to join the one James started.
