    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Well, it looks like I am running into trouble again from my broker. And I say "my broker" because they have been pretty good so far.

The problem now is withdrawals. Yes, the "they won't give me my withdrawal problem". The biggie............

I initiated a withdrawal over 48 hours ago. They say that most withdrawals are "executed in 24 hours", well now I know that is not true. I contact live chat twice and all they told me was "email finance department" and "the withdrawal will be processed soon".

What the hell does that mean? Soon would have been a day ago! This is ridiculous. I will be changing my review if I don't hear from them or have my withdrawal within a day. It's a shame to have to go through this when I have been with them for so long. Shouldn't be necessary to defame a broker before they do what they are supposed to. I am curious if they even care about there reputation since they anger clients into writing scathing reviews and then turn around and do what they should have done in the first place!

I have been trying to be an IB for them but they are certainly not helping themselves. I will update with the results of this unprofessional behavior.
 
Contacted the broker (4th time) live chat. FINALLY, executed withdrawal!

Wish I didn't have to go through all of this. Not a bad broker just will give you a hard time sometimes.
 
More problems with this broker. This broker will arbitrarily limit your max number of trades to 50 even though the sign up page says 200. I contacted them 2 days ago and asked for that to be increased to 200 as agreed. They responded:

"We set the limit at 50 trades. We can raise it to 300 but your minimum trade size has to be 0.05"

No where was this mentioned when I signed up and it has taken 2 days and they still have not released the 50 trade limit.

They are nothing but a constant headache. Avoid this broker.
 
More problems with this broker. Attempted to initiate a withdrawal on April 2nd 2015 it is now April 7th 2015 and no withdrawal insight. They claim to be able to process withdrawals within 24 hours. Maybey a bucket shop about to go under?

Have you gotten your withdrawals? I to have had a couple occasions where it seemed like it took a couple weeks for a withdrawal to take place. I've noticed that this broker seems to be very small and that all my communications with both online chat and the finance dept. have been with the same two people. Compared to the other brokers that I deal with they are by far the cheapest and would explain the more skeleton crew. When I say cheaper I mean literally costing half the price of other brokers. Also it's up to your personal feelings on Russia as this is a Russian broker.

I have noticed that you haven't filled a case with FPA so just wanted to see if you have gotten satisfaction from your withdrawal.

Yes, finally got my withdrawals days later.

But now they are at it again delaying withdrawals. This is very suspicious since I have complained over and over again. It's funny since I was prepared to open a standard account with a significant amount of money. Now I have to file a scam alert with FPA so other traders will not get sucked in by them. It's too bad they are the only broker that handles micro accounts for US clients.

I have a withdrawal opened on 11/27 for a small amount to see if they have stopped this funny business. I may not get anything until Christmas! I will have to worn people on all the main websites....donnaforex....babypips...etc.

It's better to go with Traders way now or finfx. I am in for a fight to get my money back so all traders steer very clear of these scam artists!
 
BIGGEST PROBLEM SO FAR!!!

I had account with 3500 in it they wrote a series of price corrections in my account and brought the account down to $600. I contacted chat and chat says call back in 6 hours.

I think I know what caused it though. I opened an account for a friend and made myself an IB for him. I trade with his mt4 on my vps and his account hasn't been verified yet. So may look like TOS violation to Profi, trying to cheat on IB refunds. I just had my friend upload his ID to prove his identity and hopefully they will fix my account. ( I am not holding my breath)

If they say something like "I was trading off quotation crap then I know this is a scam broker, I will file a scam finding with my solid proof and history with this company.
 
Now they have halted trading on ALL my accounts. I get correspondence back from finance department:

"I am contacting you upon the request of Vanessa from online support team.

On your accounts (including xxxxxx account) our software has detected Expert Advisors that are violating the Client Agreement . These EAs are sending numerous inquiries to the trading server within a short period of time and are trading on distant quotations (non market quotations). We have already had some cases with these Expert Advisors before.

Yesterday, you should have received an automatic e-mail from our system with the following text:
"You have received this e-mail because our software has detected on your account the orders that were made on not-existent quotations causing malfunction in STP system and therefore were executed with the errors. According to the Client Agreement (item 7.4) such orders (opening/closing prices) can be changed to those that really existed in the market. According to our Client Agreement you can check and compare opening and closing prices that your orders were rewritten on with the quotations of Deutchebank, Citibank, Dukascopy, Reuters. Below you can see the charts corresponding with each of your orders,

Profit made on non-existent quotations is a fraudulent profit that was made as the result of orders execution inquiries sent on not-existent quotations causing malfunction in STP system. This profit was reflected before the adjustment of open and close prices.

Real profit - is the profit that was actually made on quotations that existed in the market at that time."

We have some reasonable doubts that these Expert Advisors can bring traders profit anywhere, this can be possible maybe only before the technical specialists of the broker figure out what these EAs are actually doing.

Please take your choice on EAs that are based on the honest methods of trading."

So you can't use EA's that send pending order in to take trades??? Yeah right. Now I have to wait days before they "review" my accounts to rip offf more of my money. Funny thing is I am using the same EA on my other broker and they don't start shutting down my trades just for withdrawing earned money.


The definition of a scam broker is one that is happy to take your money but reluctant to pay your spoils. If you make money you are cheating? PROFIFOREX IS A SCAM!!!!!
 
Before I sign up with Profiforex, there are so many negative feedback about them. But I decided to give it a try with a small amount of money and make a withdrawal after profit. Everything was smooth and execution was good as well. So far I have no issue of withdrawal through Skrill even with other FX brokers. Profiforex is a member of GURS too.
 
I requested a withdrawal from my account 539223 on 13.02.18, due to the reason Profiforex cancel my access to Metatrader 4, so I decided to ask for account withdrawal. Profiforex did not previously inform the cancellation of Metratrader 4, interrupting the operation of my EA. I ask her just to give me back my money. Since then, contact Support and they ask me to send the email to finance@profiforex.com. Nothing was solved. the treatment of Profiforex with clients. I never operate in this broker again. I do not recommend. Distrust
