I am submitting the case against: SkyFx.com

My Case is: hello.As you can see on the FPA forum many complaints on SkyFx. The main reason for which they easily obtained cheat is that they promise a full refund in case of loss. Records of these promises on the phone they have (I have only the timing of calls, when they gave me these promises), but I have screenshots of Skype, which prove their lies.
The scheme of fraud is the same for everyone, it can be understood from the reviews on your site. Stories of deception absolutely identical!

same guys as brokercapital.com work in skyfx.com now. They are scammers.

I have closed my account with them due to their scam promises, late response, withdrawal issues, no live support, one skype ID being handled by many agents, rude attitute during the problem times, sales calls again and again asking for top-up.
Once again they have started to call me with new promises .+442036701742, +442031500491, +442035144294.....

Beware and stay away from skyfx and their false promises

Promise is the way they get customers and trick them. Same as they did at brokercapital.com. Once they loss all your investment, they will put risk claims which post on their website, and your computer IP address as evidence against your charge back claim. Their promise has no evidence. They are real scam. They did this for 10 years, and has lots of experience to do scam without legal trouble.
