Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem Three confirmed scam cases against one broker

I am having an issue with a company
Forexgen Scam.

I have been scammed as well. Fortunately I have not lost my life's savings. Though I have done some research and am in the process of opening a case with the CFTC. They are interested and if there is anyone else out there that is having trouble getting their money back, you can send me an e-mail and I will give you the name of my investigator. You can then get in touch with him directly. It is important to not delay on your issue as there is a statute of limitation.

I know these guys are beyond the reach of the NFA. Will the CFTC take action against overseas companies like this? Perhaps at least ban them from doing business with US clients?

One option for any victims in the USA - IC3.gov covers internet-based crime. Just visit their website and fill out the forms. I don't know how aggressively they'd pursue it, but it can't hurt to find out.

you still have a chance.

I was lucky enough to get my money back but had to be very very patient. it took 2.5 month with more than 20 chats, and 100 emails. to get the fund back.

they really are vicious, and not even they have no actions, but they did a lot not to pay me back. the amount of money i get back was small, but you never give up.

i have a couples of e-mails other than, info, help, type of address. I am happy to give you those if you think you need it.

lefty hammer ;)

Could you please advise the extra contact details mentioned for ForexGen. I have some funds with them that I am finding difficult to retrieve & also difficult to contact them as I think they have black-listed My IP address for chats.

Thank you for your assistance.
