Suggesting that the person who started a thread send a link to any available email addresses at a company is a very common procedure at the FPA. To accusing someone of being a company spy for making such a suggestion is silly and will only discourage other FPA members from offering suggestions about getting your issue resolved.

Everything is obvious, no matter to debate here, matter is whether they refund me and other traders like me, right?
I can lose small money, but they will lose a lot of clients if they donot refund.

Send this link to support@hotforex.com . Also chat with a representative on their site and leave the link copy there too.
If they have separate department for accounts, try to send a copy of your issue to them and ask them what is the procedure and how long will it take to clear your issue.
Try to save all the email / chat conversations for proof.

They have just called me after my sending the link to them. They told me that they start refunding today and asked me to remove this thread. I will post here if I will have received the fund.

are you Hotforex agent? You donot see their transfer as they informed is on 15-Oct in my post. Can you count how many business days since there?
why did some other traders received their explanation like me? are they liar?
if you are HF agent, I recommend you should change your work.

Hey, calm down. I'm not their agent but I'm making business with them and put my money and trust on them since 3 years . I don't see any difference between them or other broker in terms of market quotes.
I just don't like when someone uses words like those you use in the title of this topic. If my broker ( HF in this case ) will lose clients I will lose with them and for what? For a guy like you who don't respect TOS and blame the company for that.
Simply wait and You'll get your money back. I'm sure. And don't forget after that to post here and mark your case resolved.

I donot know whether your word is true but you can search "Hotforex scam" to know the issue, yes they are not different from other scam brokers.
As your word, you are their IB, right, so I recommend you should find another broker which has high trust.
Please read my lasted post to be aware of the issue. They told me that they sent fund on 15-Oct but called me yesterday, they will start refunding. As to you, which type of broker are they?
"Simply wait" is not simply at all if I havenot put the issue here. Some traders I met never received the fund. Do you want to know thier trading account? I am willing to put them here?

I don't want to know their trading accounts. It's not my job to investigate.
I'm happy with my broker, Hot Forex, and I suggest you and your friends to find another one.
