eToro problems

Hi.
I use eToro software to trade, but because of software failure, i've lost money by the stoploss not changing to tha ammount i set i to, and now eToro won't pay me back my money. they have answered my mail once, and thats all.
Pluss the bonus for referring a friend, thats just a scam. never got it and never will get it since they come up with excuses every time.
The eToro platform is not an good software to use. stay away from it, or you'll have to fight for a long time to get to them.:confused::mad:
 
i had used eToro when i first try forex.
they have a very simple interface, what is kind a appealing first, but far far from being a real trading platform. The failures also seemed to be quite often there. So after my little 100$ trial account got lost, i just decided to find something better. Currently use one of the MT4 broker, and the difference is huge comparing back to eToro.

I AGREE E TORO IS PLAGUIDE WITH PROBLEMS
cant sell /etc i was going to get account now no way .
