I have bad experince with them as well . I deposit 500$ by credit and i asked to cancell the transction at the same time and they agreed for that , but till date no respond from them .

Get in touch with your credit card's ussing bank. Ask for the fraud department. Explain that the transaction was cancelled, but you got charged anyway. Ask for a chargeback.
