TenkoFX shutting down??

Hi,

I tried to issue a withdrawal since 7 January 2016 but no response from TenkoFX. I tried to contact them via tickets, LiveChat (Always Offline), Email and Phone (No one answer).

It's not just me that TenkoFX try to ignore our withdrawal request. My friends (300 of them) are using TenkoFX and face the same problem.

And somehow I got block from their website without reason. Here's the screenshot. http://puu.sh/msFek/33e429eca9.png
 
I checked the live chat and its seems offline to me as well, try to send them email about this thread and invite them to be part of this thread.
 
Here's an update from my friend who email TenkoFX which I also and other did as well.

This is a very worrisome thing. Sometimes delays are real, and sometimes they are excuses to give time to hide the money before disappearing.

If you know who their regulator is, forward a copy of that message to them.

We have a very good news.
We have been working day and night to find a solution to below problems and we did manage to find one.
I would like to reassure you that today all payments will be resumed, including your partner commissions.

After 6 hours my withdrawal was approved. And so does some of my client's.
 
That's great to hear! Please post an update as soon as the money arrives so this can be marked as Resolved.

Dear Richard,

let us clarify why you’ve experienced and might experience website access problem in the future. As shown on your screenshot you’ve been blocked from accessing the website for 10 minutes.

This has to do with the fact that our website is protected from high number of repetitive inquiries coming from single IP address. We had to implement this measure to prevent hackers of various kinds to send endless inquiries trying to match access credentials, slowdown or paralyze website etc. and then come to blackmail for money - happens on a regular basis.

This could have happened due to the fact that you are a partner to us with significant number of clients, who probably access from one location. Please, take this into account. Although, we are still puzzled by this as the blocking threshold is rather high.

Talking about the live chat, please note that we don’t maintain 24/7 personnel, due to costs considerations and unfortunately the coverage of your geographical time zone is rather weak. We do accept this.

We will do our best to cover the service gaps.

Richard, we kindly ask you to confirm that all your withdrawals and withdrawals of your friends have been processed accordingly.
