Vision Binary Needs to be shut down.

I opened an account with Vision Binary on the 13/11/15 with $500. After much persuasion reluctantly added another $2000 as I was told I would have a consultant to assist me all the time and that the more I had to trade with the better my chances. He would call me once a week and he would assist to make a few trades. this was comfortable for me as it seemed I had control of what happened to my money. He was pushing for me to make a total investment of $5000. So when I told him that I would add another $2000 and that is all I could spare at the time he seemed disappointed an told me that he would need to "reset my trades" as he put it and then would call me back. He never did. There after my account just lay dormant for some time as I didn't want to trade on the wrong options. only in late December I noticed that there were trades being made on my account.
For awhile I would send emails and wouldn't get responses. no more calls were coming through at this stage from VB. When he finally did respond he said I should relax and that all the trades he was making were secure. I continued to request him to call me back also to get feedback on the long term trades we had initially made due to expire end of December 2015. Anyway some paid out others didn't. and he kept trading ,winning some, losing others.
Still my requests for feedback would be ignored. Early Jan I put in my first withdrawal request of $1500, and sent an email for him to process. I was told to wait as there were still trades opened. I waited. I sent through more emails and another request for $3854 +_ and was told to just wait as there was a "bonus issue". then I was told that I had outstanding verification documentation and to send those asap in order for my withdrawal to be processed. By this time I had been emailing and making it known that I was not happy with the lack of professionalism ,lack of communication as well as the fact that I was concerned with the trades that are being made some of which I never authorised.

I am a single mother from South Africa, this money was meant to at least give me a bit of an extra income. I am at my wits end and my emails to the broker, compliance lady and the sales consultant that sold me first have been ignored. last week I got a response from the broker who claimed I asked him to trade on my behalf and that basically I was lying. I told him that I never did and have since been waiting for him to call back. the emails were all to long to go through here. Anyway I told him that I had contact the FSB and that I would be making a lot of noise until they give me back my initial investment which I do feel entitled to as thus far I have seen no less than $10 000 in profits from my account and none of which I have myself profited from. see what he did today and I could see a balance of $1999 from $2061 from last Friday and when I request to withdraw $1999 or less it says the account balance is less than the request - 0.
Please I need help. this money was for my kids and my studies . I have all the emails and screen shots of trades that went off on my account. I feel I should be paid back all the profits but am only will to settle for my initial investment of $4500. Please help me resolve this I don't know how else to sort this out.

The FSB in the UK said Vision Binary is not registered in the UK. What are my options? I feel if anything they need to be brought to book and shut down. Someone needs to get jail-time. The funny thing is I am only finding complaints from other people after December 2015, before then I found nothing.

@FxMaster I sent an email with the link as well as their live chat. Got a response from the broker saying he didn't steal my money and too bad I am acting this way. Simply told him to respond on the forum discussion.

IF the are saying that they didn't steal then you have to prove them.

Here's the thing, I never used the word "steal" he did. How do I prove that I was given a bonus without requesting one and that I was never told that I wont be able to withdraw funds? He asked me when I would need the funds..i said latest end of December 2015,and he said that's fine and we set the long-term trades to expire end of December and I think one to expire early Jan 2016.
He made me believe that I would be able to earn monthly with my investment and even said I shouldn't worry the money is in my account and that I could withdraw anytime ( all on the phone) and that I shouldn't worry.

I have emails that could prove the deceit but the fact that he started trading without my consent is the biggest thing.
This afternoon after an email I sent last week asking about the "bonus issue" he kept sighting as the reason I couldn't withdraw, I asked him what the implications of the bonus were and why he hadn't said anything. He says that they have to reach a volume of trading, so I asked of how much and after how long?

Today he responds and says:

deposit+bonus multiply by 40
thats what u need

First of all!!

You have been shady and not forth coming with vital information about MY ACCOUNT. YOU gave me the bonus… I never asked for it and you sure as hell didn’t tell me that it had implications. DID YOU??? I asked what is the volume of trading ISSAM???? I asked that last week. But you have the nerve to send me this nonsense email defending your shady ways. You are rude and unprofessional and funny when you should be responding you don’t.

It’s too bad you are acting this way too bad you have acted this way.

If you have done everything according to the book you won’t mind going on to the forum and responding.

I asked an important question . answer it.
