    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I am so cautious at the moment that I am unable to trust anyone. I hope you understand that right now I cannot cope with the stress of connecting with people I don't know.
I am happy to communicate on this public forum for now. I am interested in making videos for youtube although this is something I have not done before.
I am one of those idiots who did not research enough before being sucked in to BDB tactics. Please give me a bit of time to get my head in the right space, I am on my own self-hate train at the moment, along with the few family members that know about this situation who have pretty much cast me out.

Thanks for your posting. I totally understand and it took me several days to get out of your mode.. As I told u Im just another victim. But once I began to think logically I found out that there are only two ways, giving up or fighting against them and getting back my money. And I have chosen the second option.
We can stay in touch and if you need any help or hints how I proceeded just let me know..
And besides youtube there is Facebook, twitter, google+.. We can reach quite a lot of people!

I dealt with Evelina for over a month. Initially she offered me a bonus and thereafter $1,000 payout which I declined to accept.

She could not answer any of my questions and all she did was put all the blame on me saying I placed the trades, I'm responsible etc.

My case was referred to their legal department and they too kept stalling and refused accept responsibility for their actions.

Your best bet is to initiate a chargeback using the correct reason code and include all the evidence that you have to strengthen your case.

I hope and prey that you are able to recover your investment. I am currently waiting for the outcome of the chargeback I initiated.

I am going to go the chargeback way. What would be the correct reason code though?

In my case it was no services provided because when I requested a full withdrawal of my investment they refused to process it. Different credit card providers such as Visa or Mastercard have different reason codes.

Your case is different, I suggest that you consider using the services of winchargeback or Phoenix Advisers or do research into chargebacks etc and build your own case making sure that you include all the evidence you have.

As I understand it you have 120 days within which to initiate the chargeback from the transaction date.

Hi guys, you need to double check on the timeframes for chargebacks with the banks in your respective countries, as I understand that some countries have different timeframes, such as 90 days as well. So to be on the safe side, please check with your banks.
 
Yes, as AnneW said, initiate your charge back immediately or approach a lawyer. BDB uses all sorts of tricks to trap you. They were professionally trained with standard cheating practices using "if this" .."else that".. etc,. to cheat clients and make them bankrupt (or go into further debts).

As mentioned by others don't fall in to their trap of extra bonus, as you can never withdraw anything from your account. In the end, they will buy time and ask you to deposit more (if you are desperate to recover your deposited money). Losses might multiply.
 
Don't let them delay chargeback attempts via your bank. There are deadlines. If you miss one, then it's over. If some of all of your deposits were by credit card, try a chargeback yourself. If that fails, you may want to try getting some professional assistance.

BDB missed the time to make an acceptable offer fir a settlement. Chargeback is initiated!
No delays, my bank is already informed and all green. Im happy to hit BDB and once this nightmare is over I will start chasing them everywhere. In each network as fb, google+ etc. Im gonna tell my story with all the conv. I have!!
 
Today I got an interesting email from Evelina.. After she has missed the deadline and I already went to chargeback, she threatens me with:

"...
Our Risk Department has been informed about your threat to initiate chargeback procedure.

Please note that our Legal Department takes defamation very seriously and it will/might cause legal actions."

I haven't mentioned anything else here but facts about Banc de Binary which I can prove since I have all emails and Skype communications with them since day 1!
Just another example how they try to scare people by mentioning legal actions..

And since Banc de Binary is reading this.. A message to you.. After my chargeback is through be prepared that I will make all conversations and evidence public to everyone! If you think you´re scaring me, in fact, your just motivating me!!!
