No, they are not the same person. My first reply was given in relation to the Trader7777's case and the last one - to the DokterFx's case (I suppose that Alonedevils was interested in the DokterFx's case).

The problem is that complainants often come to FPA in order to complain and get the answer, and they are not too worried about their part in marking the case resolved.
