GT Options lost my investment and refuses to give back the money.

Last summer July 2015 I made a total deposit of €6000 with GP options to get a personalised Broker that would apparently give me live through the phone on which trades to make to maximize profits as much as possible. I was advised to deposit at least €3000 initially as this type of personalised trading would not be available for accounts with small balances. My initial account broker was Mr Adam Rivera. First couple of days of trading the results were very good, I couple more thousands of euros of profit were made by trades I was placing on GT options platform guided live on the phone by him. After 1 week the trades I was advised to do were out of the money and that's when the losses started. I was then advised to deposit more money in (another €3000) to keep my "Gold or platinum" personalised service with GT options having been advised over the phone the money would be recovered for sure and I would be able to withdraw soon. Note that I have never accepted bonuses from GT options and preferred to trade with my own money to avoid "minimum amount of trades" before withdraw. After this almost all of my money was lost. And Mr Adam Rivera stopped picking up phone calls and I have never heard of him ever since.
Long story short, when I threatened GT options of report of fraud I was allocated another broker named Mr Angel Morales who told me Mr Adam Rivera had been "dismissed from GT Options" due to his lack of experience and high risk trading that ended up causing lots of losses to several clients. I do not have proof of this as this was explained to me over the phone, never put in written. Ever since I have been trying to get my money back which didn't happen. I was almost "forced" to have to accept an "apology bonus" to trade with and the personalised help of Mr Angel Morales who never advised me regarding trades I presume afraid the money losses would continue. Apparently the "service promised" initially of guided trades over the phone does not exist. Instead I had some indicators added on my GT Options platform to help to "guide me" on the trading and each time I use them I loose money, and ended up losing all the money when trying to recover it. GT Options has refused to help to recover the money and instead they wanted me to deposit more money to get my account upgraded to €10,000 balance which then would allow my Broker Mr Angel Morales to invest my money alongside another group of inverters which would guarantee the recovery of my money. My question at the time was which proof would I have of this if apparently all the "guided help" I had from the two brokers of GT Options so far (tips on live investments over the phone and the platform indicators) failed completely to work?

To resume: I lost all my money and I found GT Options had a very unprofessional and even fraudulent way of forcing me to deposit money and invest it wrongly, leading clients out of desperation to invest wrongly and lose everything. I have explained to them from the beginning I was not experienced with Binary Trading Platforms and would like a more personalised service with advice on investments to avoid money losses. I wrongly though that, following their advice of deposit a higher amount of money, that they would be able to safely invest it. Wrong.

This is very common. If you had put money into their next "sure-fire" scheme, something would have gone wrong and your current account manager would be reported to have been shot as punishment. Then you would only need to put in more money so a "recovery specialist" could fix all the prior damage.

Go ahead and invite them to this thread.

What country are you in and how did you deposit? If by credit card, different countries have different deadlines for filing a chargeback request for fraud.

Many thanks for the reply.

I am in the UK, London. The deposit was made using a debit card. I do not think my bank will accept a chargeback request for fraud now because it's been a while and also because I filled in a deposit form that was scanned and e-mailed to GT Options. Unfortunately I think I am stuck...
I have been trying to find the right authority to report this but it seems it is very hard to get any proof or to go anywhere with this...
Is there any company one can hire to investigate this and eventually recover the money? I am really upset about the whole situation, not so much the lost money but the way that this has been dealt with, and I am sure I am not the only one...

I was previously told that chargebacks didn't work on debit cards, but I've seen Rebecca mention debit cards. It's worth asking your bank or WinChargeback for more info.
