It is a privilege to be able to read the reviews and tests that Forexpeacearmy is providing to us as users and that I can write here to my fellow members who might have some reply. I have deposited my startup fee of $250 with Trade thunder.com , eight days ago. I received a confirmation email from them that they received my deposit and they will contact me soon...great stuff I thought , now I am going to start with my trading and with much frustration I am writing to you all here today....... When I log into my account it is not active , I cannot trade , my deposit does not show and 24/7 support online is always offline . I have sent various emails to there contact address, I have also sent all my verification documents so my account would kick off and everything is in place for me to trade , do withdrawals ext. I also made a copy of my credit card transaction and emailed that as well and no reply , no contact, it is if my account does not exist, however I can sign into my trade Thunder account and that is about it, I still cannot trade. I just believe that any Broker or company that gives them self out as professional entities and advertise there services and trade packages, should also honor the customer who pays his/her deposit and follow the Broker's rules. I have read and searched around the internet and have read stories of many new traders who lose their money and could not retrieve it, and to say the least many of the new traders want to make some honest money to provide for their families and gain a better life. If any one of my fellow members or guests on this site can share their comments or direct me please , it would be much appreciated . Be Blessed.
