Hi Everyone,
It is a privilege to be able to read the reviews and tests that Forexpeacearmy is providing to us as users and that I can write here to my fellow members who might have some reply. I have deposited my startup fee of $250 with Trade thunder.com , eight days ago. I received a confirmation email from them that they received my deposit and they will contact me soon...great stuff I thought , now I am going to start with my trading and with much frustration I am writing to you all here today....... When I log into my account it is not active , I cannot trade , my deposit does not show and 24/7 support online is always offline . I have sent various emails to there contact address, I have also sent all my verification documents so my account would kick off and everything is in place for me to trade , do withdrawals ext. I also made a copy of my credit card transaction and emailed that as well and no reply , no contact, it is if my account does not exist, however I can sign into my trade Thunder account and that is about it, I still cannot trade. I just believe that any Broker or company that gives them self out as professional entities and advertise there services and trade packages, should also honor the customer who pays his/her deposit and follow the Broker's rules. I have read and searched around the internet and have read stories of many new traders who lose their money and could not retrieve it, and to say the least many of the new traders want to make some honest money to provide for their families and gain a better life. If any one of my fellow members or guests on this site can share their comments or direct me please , it would be much appreciated . Be Blessed.

As you said its just 8 days ago then you are able to do chargeback. How you deposited the money?

If via credit card then talk with your CC customer care now and share that you are victim and you want chargeback do the same with any other sources of deposited the money. Best of luck and keep us update.

Thank you for your response. Yes I did pay via my credit card. I have already got in contact with my credit card company and they only gave my a authorization code that I can give to Trade Thunder to pay me back. Once the credit card company pays the money to a company, the credit card company cannot reverse the payment. IF.....a big if I can hold of Trade Thunder I can give them the authorization code to place the money back into my credit card. So I am still stuck with the problem
 
Trade Thunder are a terrible broker. Crap customer service, price manipulation and lack of expiry times.
 
Hi Guys , yes I agree this broker is not professional, but does not bring back my money. That brings me to the point when new traders read and review all the good work that is being done by people who review regulated and un regulated brokers , and on their finds and reviews people make decisions to join a broker or not. I taught I did just that because I tried to read everything I could find .

Make sure to talk to the Fraud department at your credit card company. Explain that your money was taken and the promised goods and services were not delivered. Tell them you need a chargeback. If the person you are speaking do does not understand what a chargeback is, ask to speak to a supervisor.

I have been trying for over a month to withdraw funds from my acct ---all I get is the B&%L S$#T run-around These people are scammers --BIG TIME !!!!!!

It will be good if you can open new thread in scam folder about your experince with them.
