Option Fair is owned by Tech Financials, the no.2 (in terms of market share) binary options trade-platform provider. Tech Financials (and its subsidiary, Option Fair) are listed on the London AIM exchange and so are following very stringent regulatory standards.
If you have been scammed, you will not have a problem in filing a complaint with the financial ombudsman in the UK. A listed company here will rarely conduct themselves this way so on this occasion you may have good recourse.
That is of course assuming you are not a competitor.

I think you asked this question already in another thread but I will go ahead and re-answer it here.
We are a binary options education firm (go ahead and visit our website for more information) that also works in algorithms. None of our service accepts customer deposits. We do not have account managers. We are a group of financial engineers and not affiliate marketers.
We are not a binary options broker with a balance sheet and therefore we do not have liquidity providers. Also note that liquidity providers do not exist in binary options; neither do market makers.
