Original FPA Traders Court Submission:

I am submitting the case against: rdgcm.com

My Case is: I applied for withdrawal of USD 17,079 on 3 May 2016. I only received USD 9,999 on 19 May 2016. No reasons were given for the reduction in the withdrawal amount and this amount received was not reflected in my trading account. On 20 May 2016 I decided to close my trading account and wanted the trading balance of USD 9,646.46 refunded back to me. I duly filled in and signed the withdrawal request form and sent it to support@rdgcm.net on 20 May 2016. I received no reply at all. I then decided to bring up my matter in Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn and Forexpeacearmy for advice and solution. on 6 June 2016 the broker called me to tell me off not to associate with Forexpeacearmy because Forexpeacearmy is a scam. He then emailed me the link to Instaforex to show proof that Forexpeacearmy is a scam. Three days later a female staff from the finance dept called me angrily to inform me that I would not get back my money because I associated with Forexpeacearmy. I told her politely that there is nothing wrong in associating with Forexpeacearmy since I am merely seeking advice on my matter which received no response from RDGCM. I also told her that I am not the only one complaining against RDGCM. There are at least five clients of RDGCM complaining on the same matter, that is not getting back their money. She slammed down the phone.
Next Sarah Johnson, customer service relationship office replied on this platform on 10 May 2016 requesting for my details. She followed up with an email to me on 13 May 2016 after receiving my details stating that she checked and found out that the money should be in my account on Wednesday. No details - amount sent and to which bank and or credit cards were given in her email. On Saturday 18 June 2016 I found out that no money was sent at all. I emailed her immediately on the same day that I did not received any money from RDGCM.

Sarah from RDGCM is already involved in the Scam Alerts thread. Yo AsstMod! Can you invite Sarah to see what can be done to resolve this issue?

Katmall, go ahead and contact the fraud department at your credit card's issuing bank. Explain exactly what is going on and ask about a chargeback. It's possible you may be past the deadline. Those range from as little as 90 days in some countries to as long as 540 days (UK only, I believe).

Also, do you have the name of the employee who claimed the FPA is a scam?

Thank you for your advice. As for Sarah I am still waiting for her reply to my email sent last Saturday, 18 June 2016. Also on this platform I had sent her the same message dated 20 June 2016. I believe she is not going to reply just like in Jamshald case.
As for chargeback by credit cards it is more difficult in Singapore because of restrictive laws. First when you made a payment overseas using your credit card there is an immediate call from the credit card staff to confirm whether you had consented to made the payment or not. This is recorded for proof that you wanted to make the payment.
Alternatively they will send you sms to confirm that you want to allow the payment to go through. If you do not want the payment to go through then you must reply to the sms within three days.
But they will still allow the chargeback if you make a local police report on the matter within a week and give them a copy of the local police report. Once they receive your local police report they will make their own investigation which can last from one month to three months. In the meantime you have to pay a 100 Sgd charge first for their investigation which if resulted in no case then you will forfeit the 100 Sgd. In my case it is a bit complicated because the chargeback amount ( which is based only on the last one transaction from each credit card ) does not tally with my trading balance of USD 9,646.46 . The chargeback amount is USD 7,000 . If successfulI I will still not get back the USD 7,000 but amount less other charges like bank fees, foreign exchange rate and administration fee.
The broker from RDGCM who emailed me the link to instaforex ( to prove that Forexpeacearmy is a scam ) is Joseph Davis.
He is the one who told me off on the phone not to associate with Forexpeacearmy because Forexpeacearmy is a scam.

I went ahead and made it a formal FPA invitation to all the addresses.

Katmall, if this can't be resolved quickly, you may want to lose the fees for a chargeback. If you wait too long, the deadline will expire.

Thanks for the information about Joseph Davis.

Thanks for your reply. If that is your advice then I will make a local police report first. After this the local police will liase with Interpol to investigate further into my matter. Once this is done then I will submit in the chargeback forms to all my credit cards involved in the payment to RDGCM on the same day and wait for the credit cards reply on whether they will proceed with their own investigation.

I don't see any reason to hold back on any of those actions. If RDGCM shows up and fixes the issue, you can always declare any complaints to be resolved.

Sir,
Thank you for your advice. I had done everything yesterday - make a local police report and sent in my chargebacks to two credit cards. Today I emailed you ( forum@forexpeacearmy.com ) the email sent to me by Joseph Davis of RDGCM. It is for your perusal and consideration and has nothing to do with my case.

Ridge Capital's rep hasn't bothered to login for 10 days. I think it's about time that this one went to Open Cases.

Sir, I believe RDGCM is not going to settle my matter. Their broker had traded yesterday on my trading account without my permission. From my trading balance of USD 9,646.46 they lost all my trading balance incurring a deficit of USD 38. Please advise what I should do. I had already made a local police report two days
and applied for chargeback frommy two credit cards - ANZ mastercard and HSBC Visa.

This is now going to Open Cases. Unless I see immediate progress, the voting will start shortly after the Asian session opens next week.
