CLM Forex keeps money

Hi,

I invested in CLM Forex via Neteller. On the German page they didn't state anything about fees for deposits or withdrawals, nonetheless they kept 3,9% for my deposits.
Neteller told me that CLM Forex is not allowed to deduct fees for deposits and therefore should return the money. I requested a withdrawal and now they said the fees occur because of limited trading activity.

This is an absolute scam regearding the fact that they deducted the fees after the deposit and before the withdrawal and afterwards just explain the fees with limited trading activity, which is not written on the German page. As a German customer I am automatically transferred to the German page.

I see 2 possibilities.

1. If they grabbed 3.9% at the time of deposit, any claims about inactivity fees are a lie. If so, present proof to Neteller.

2. If you placed no trades for a month and then tried to withdraw, there is a possibility they have inactivity fees.

Hi Pharaoh,

Neteller already told me that they deducted the fees without any right but could not force them to return the fees. Below you can see the German webpage where it doesn't say anything about an inactivity fee and fees deducted by CLM in general. Neteller itself did not deduct any fees from me, just from CLM and they are not allowed to deduct them from me as Neteller said.
But just to make it clear: The fees were deducted before I requested a withdrawal. Inactivity fees as a justification are absolute nonsense when they are deducted directly after the deposit before I even have the possibility to trade.

Don't panic if there's a slight delay getting the site approved. I just got an announcement from AsstMod that the huge reviews upgrade is about to happen. That will probably cause delays.
