Hi,everibody!They got me by phone,and i did .deposit.Did not liked their art,requested withdrawal,no,i can not for 3 month.And then i can contact nobody.Now,for a weeks,my site its simply blocked,and i cant find a way ,to get in touch with anybody,just cut me off.Still having 300 euros on acount,should be alowed to open my own trading platform?Das anybody has some invice?

Thanks for replay,but no use of it,as they blocked me to send any mail,open their site,any way of comunication,even the phone cals,strait blocks me.I cant get in touch with them.Ok,their wright,but whats about my money,leattle,but still mine.Can you get in touch with them,and ask them,to kindly explain?

They will not answer me for sure because of I didn't have account with them. How and when you deposited the money?

I deposited 2k begining May,via credit card.That time they call me all day long,promising.After i atempted withdrowals,contacts become hard,and then,few weeks ago,completely impossibile.

It tels on top,first days in May,i put 5 times 400 euro,each day.But that does no matter,problem it is,i cant reach trading platform,account,neither reach anybody from KSF!(in moment,on acc.its 310 about euros only)

Get screenshots of everything. Contact your credit card's issuing bank. Ask to speak to the fraud deparment or disputes department (it varies if they have 1 or 2 departments and if they have 2, which is the correct one to contact). Explain how you could put money in, but all contact was cut off, so you can't withdraw.

If your bank can't or won't help, you can get professional assistance from WinChargeback or a similar service.
