I started out as an Internet Entrepreneur back in 2005 and in same year I decided to trade Forex - long story short, I've never write bad review against anyone nor report any company online. This is my first time ever. I feel bad but I was pushed - I will be more than happy to withdraw or delete this complaint if the company realize that they honestly fall short & then refund my $2,500 that was in my account at a time of the outage -
I don't care about the gain - I only care about my actual cash. That's all! - it hurts! 'cos I love this company and I was even planning to visit them as soon as I hit my target - my main reason of planning to visiting them was to discuss the possibility of running an office for them in my local- as my partner and I have massive infallible reputation in my local, this is how much I like this company- but I guess that's just a dream now
Bear with me. I will be very transparent about this by showing you all the crazy e-mail thread below :
I like your company a lots but what happen yesterday is totally absurd and it hurts!
You interrupted my trades with alert notice: ''Market closed'' and you screw me over!
in the middle of my trade you closed the Market - the alert : ''Market Closed'' was flashing and then all my money disappeared, and then later all of a sudden my balance re-appeared again! everything was normal and eventually within 30 seconds the alert showed up again saying: ''market closed'' and then my balance was gone and never re-appeared like it did in the first place! now am not trading today 'cos there is no cash in my account- your platform took it all!
I have never seen anything like this before, I have been with you guys now for a lill over couple years and I never experience such.... but this makes my jaw dropped and it hurts so bad
Please get back to me asap!

Thanks for your prompt response. That was exactly my point! I am not a newbie, I know about market time and all that; I've been trading off & on since 2005 -
Your system crashed down on me & it was bringing all sort of crazy alarm during news- all my open trades was forcefully crashed. I do not have a ticket 'cos I didn't open one. I only sent a direct e-mail , and there is nothing to explain other than what I already told you.
_WHAT HAPPENED EXACTLY?
_ANSWER: Here again- I repeat: Your system did brought forth an unusual alert that says: ''Market closed'' on Wednesday which is unheard off - this was your system error not mine! it wiped off all the cash in my account and replaced all the money again automatically and then later showed the alert again: '' Market Closed'' and then wiped off all my account and never re-open my ongoing trades. Please do not ask me to explain what happen over and over again - there is no other explanation other than the one I have given you here.
