Bunch of professional thieves, liars and now stealing their victim's identity! Wow .......... clever BIG LIARS will hopefully feel the brunt of the law descent on them soon with their thieving and racketeering ....... worse than the lowest of lows. Hopefully karma will get to them first and unleash God's wrath on them since the law seems to be taking its own sweet time!

You need to add this to your police report as well as find other sites to post the videos again. Wonder if you can email the videos to the Liverpool Football Club and definitely to the LFC's main corporate sponsor, Standard Chartered UK!

Keep up the appeals to YouTube. Let them know you are the only and only Liz Arbuckle in the videos and anyone trying to get them taken down is working for Banc de Binary to hide how they have behaved.

I just wanted to provide an update and let everyone know that I've now received my 3rd chargeback in full from the scumbucket scammer BDB! The 3rd bank informed me yesterday that MasterCard ruled in my favour in the arbitration against BDB and all the funds were reversed back to me yesterday, so thank God for that! I checked my credit card account this evening and the money is all back in there.

Am now still waiting on VISA to rule in my favour against the scumbucket scammer BDB and for the funds to be fully returned to me. Am still praying hard and hoping like crazy that this will be the case soon as it's been a harrowing 8 months to the day since I was scammed in a mega fashion by these thieves back in January 2016.

For those who are not aware, BDB did not dispute the 1st and 2nd chargebacks and the funds were reversed back to me way back in April. BDB however disputed 3 other cards used. I still do not understand why they did not dispute the 1st two chargebacks but disputed the rest. What is the rationale for that when all the funds were fleeced from me in one fell swoop on the same night??? Unfortunately 1 bank has refused to move forward with the 2nd chargeback so that is another story in itself, and I will be retrieving this stolen sum another way.

So please, please everyone, make sure that you file for a chargeback ASAP to ensure that you recover all your funds from all these scammers out there. DO NOT believe any of their lies and DO NOT fall further into their trap of depositing more REAL money in return for their play money BONUS - which is worth even less than the paper the Monopoly money is printed on!

Create a New Channel and username also post on different media and create a tumblr site telling your story it can build a following that way. Also yes wait for Google to respond and fix their issue.

@ Aussie, please report this utube idenity theft issue to Acorn asap. (have just seen this). It falls directly into their core competences.

Alternatively what you could try is to either hire a IT security firm -(maybe from I.?)- , that is able to obtain the evidence needed to actually prove your allegations or try to sell the copyrights to these videos to some other victims which really have something like an acutal budget to fight this through -(if any). Apparently the other side has a strong interest in not having this info on the internet otherwise they would not take these type of meassures.

Hmmmnnn . . . . . . Here's a possible way to deal with fake copyright takedowns. Register your own domain name. Maybe something like MyBrokerWantsToSeeMeTopless.com
Edit the videos to clearly mark the copyright as belonging to your domain name. Include a note at the beginning of each video that it is the property of Liz @ yourdomainname.com and that any other claims are false. Repeat this at the end with an additional note about how the original videos were taken down by false copright claims. Make one more video showing how they used your own ID tohelp shut down your original channel.
Create a new YouTube channel for your domain name and using Liz at the domain name.

Go ahead and put copies up on some other video sites in case YouTube gets stupid again.

wow, having gone through these posts it's absolutely shocking behaviour! I was a victim of overseas binary firms myself when I started out. These people have no morals and its absolutely disgusting how they behave. Don't stop fighting and hopefully these idiots will somehow be brought to justice!
