Money not refunded by bForex trading company

I had opened an trading account with bforex on August 25th 2016 with $200.00 and was assured that bforex representative will contact me regarding training on foreign exchange for about 1 and a half month, but till 14.09.2016 no one approached to me from bforex. So I decided to withdraw my money and sent withdrawal request. A representative from bforex named Mr. Anna Kerry asked me to submit some of my documents like ID proof, address froof, credit card details along with the withdrawal form. I did submit all my documents by 20.09.2016 and it was confirmed by Mr. Anna Kerry that all my documents were ok and my money withdrawal will be deposited in my credit account by 7 days, but you can see I am writing this on 03.10.2016 and till now I have got my money back.

I am a middle class man who is going to have his first child by 10.10.2016 so I thought I could make a bit fortune with my savings from forex which they had promised me. But it is my bad luck that I could not make any profit out of my investment nor the bforex trading company is refunding my money back. I had mailed to Mr. Anna Kerry and bforex customer care several times but no one replied to me since 20.09.2016.

I don't know what to do, I am feeling helpless. The only hope I see is this website where problems with people regarding Bforex seems to be heard and resolved.

Please help me.

I don't think Rebecca handles $200 cases.

What you need to do is contact your card's issuing bank. Show them how you've tried and failed to withdraw your money. Show them how BForex's website claims that withdrawals can be done. Ask for a chargeback based on failure to provide promised services.

Thanks Fx Master for your help. But I have contacted with bforex service personnel by mail and they refunded my money back. It took some time but it is done atlas. The only problem is that they used to told me that they will charge 5% of my profit which actually I did not ever made, although they have deducted around $20 from my investment, which is disappointment to me.

Sounds like you at least got part of your money back. That puts you above most BForex customers I've heard about.

If they'd been nice enough to return all the money, this would have qualified as a resolved issue.

Yes you are right Pharaoh, but most of it is better than nothing. I have learned my lesson and I am not ever going to make money through any forex trading company, I am happy with my equity trading. Thank you all for your guidance and help.

There are plenty of reasonably honest forex brokers. Just be careful to check the FPA's reviews and Scam Alerts folder for complaints before putting any money in. BForex has been marked as a scam in the FPA's reviews for nearly 6 years now.

Yes this company is a real cheat, please do not invest here. I had an exact same experience. An agent by the name waseem who claimed to be from Bulgaria hand holding me while I learn and when I looked at my account after a couple of weeks, it showed 0 balance. I lost all my money.
