It will be good if you can share more details about what happened with you.

Hi
In a nutshell they require £250 to set up an account to start making profits. After that a Senior Account Manager will call not explaining anything just wanting credit card details etc to get you to part with more cash. They then send a request for verification and deposit confirmation for you to sign. I took legal advise after reading about other people not making money with them and not getting their investment back. I refused to sign and return the documents and the following day the senior account manager called insisting I signed and returned them straight away. I told him I had a right to a cooling off period, had changed my mind and wanted my money returned. He claimed that wasn't possible I needed to return the documents first I asked him why as a Senior Account Manager he couldn't do this? I asked him to confirm via e mail that if I returned the documents a full refund would be made to me. An e mail did finally appear referring to terms and conditions. He called again, I told him I had taken legal advice, would not be signing anything and that this was the first time I had seen any T&C's. He told me I was wasting my time and hung up. I am still receiving e mail's from them asking me to sign and return the documents even though I have e mailed Mike Spector, Emily Miller, Support and HelenS. No replies. The address on their correspondence is a UK address which is false, they are unregulated, they are all over the internet as scammers wish I had researched them first. They have caused countless people heartache that is why they need to be closed down.

Talk with your Credit Card customer care and share your story with them, after that ask them for chargeback.

Just email them asking for a withdrawal. Their non-response should be enough to show your bank.

Sadly I have made the mistake of signing up with Secured Options. This was through the software "Swarm Intelligence".
Secured Options were the allocated broker.
I had done quite a bit of research on YouTube where you have people reviewing trading software.
There were some reviewers using Secured Options with their software and they were saying the broker was a good one which is why I went with it.
I deposited the initial £250 and started trading with the software. The software performed terribly and I decided to trade manually to make up the loss.
Then I got to speak to my account "manager" who, after having told me how great he is at trading, gave me 3 trades to go for.
Two of the 3 were losses.
I then made a withdrawal request on the 6th of this month and got an auto reply from them stating that the request would be processed within 7 days.
Today is the eighth working day and the request is still pending.
I have sent them numerous e-mails asking to update me on my request but I'm yet to receive a reply from them.
I called the number on their website and this either comes up as invalid number or it rings a few times and then disconnects.

I have read on here that I should contact my credit card people and ask them for chargeback. I'm going to try this.
I have all the e-mails sent to Secured Options.

If anyone on here has any advice, I would appreciate it.
