Forex is business - you paid for service - you received the service, but we can't take your risks, which you take in your trading journey.

Whether or not you pay for losses, your website clearly states that you have a 200 pip monthly guarantee. There is also a mention of a profit guarantee. Did you provide 200 pips ending in profit for the disputed month or not?

Wow! You guarantee to provide information on "potential profit" of the 200 pips even if all of your clients suffered a lose on the 200 pips. I also don't see a mention of what happens if there aren't 200 pips.

Congratulations on having a guarantee which really leaves it totally up to you to decide of a client who was damaged by you deserves a refund or not. That's Service with a Snarl.
 
When we open our email - we saw - This message may be scam - Why !? Stop hating - start doing something. Website is active from 16/02/2013 - almost 4 years - and that is first tread - we know what we giving - we prefer not to answer your "why", cause we know our "why".

Instead of specifying terms and agreements, just stick your tongue out and say "we don't have to tell you, we have our reasons".

Either give him whats his, show why it's not his or accept that you could get labelled as scammers if you refuse.

Legitimate company - we've got address - we are represented by real company.

FPA also got terms in house right, but show me their contacts. When we send autoemails to our clients doesn't show - this message may be scam ...

We've got responsibility to provide service to our clients - we giving our best to be transperant. Of course we care about negative comments, but when wants are unwarranted and pass all borders ...

We also accept Paypal payments - the most secure payment gateway - we refund over 20% of all sales, its fact - sometimes we refund partly, sometimes when monthly subscription finish not so good as described - we provide one more free month.

We all know that even non ForexSpecs clients can post negative comments.

We are open minded for negative cooments covered with facts, but don't forget that we also have point of view as a service provider.
 
That's all well and fine however what you said in your previous comments was not a statement of fact, it was a "we don't have to tell anyone anything" attitude.

Let's move on to the case at hand.
If these "contracts" are the same ones you send to everyone, then there should be no issue discussing them here.

Am I understanding correctly that your company guarantees 200 pips profit?
What happens when there is 200 pips lost?

Where is there a guarantee about funds being refunded?

Everyone knows there is risk in this market however if your company agreed to cover all losses then you are liable.

I would like to know "where" it is "written" that the company offers this guarantee that they will refund the service cost PLUS losses.
