Options 24Fx and Fx24 Platform

Back in July and August of 2016 Options 24Fx and 24Fx Platform accepted a combined $4150 in deposits when their terms and conditions said they "Do not accept US clients." I missed the bus on this one. I have all the documentation but I'm having a heck of a time getting a valid email for both. And it's a bit confusing between the two. Is anybody familiar with either one of these companies? I've been searching high and low and just when I think I have my finger on the button, it's the wrong one. Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated.

If they accepted money from you while knowing you were in the US, a report to the CFTC and SEC would be a good idea. File the report first and then let 24Fx know about it.

How did you send the money? Cards, bank wire, or something else?

If cards, contact the fraud/abuse department at the issuing bank and explain the problems you've been having accessing your money.

Good Morning
I used debit card from my bank. I have bank statement that shows bigger than life their name and dates of transactions. I also went to site to try and sign on but forgot my password so I received an email from them to reset my password from which proves that I was a client. All the emails I have attempted have come back as invalid. I'll give them another shot in the arm today

As you mentioned, please proceed with the fraud department of your bank to investigate further.

Exactly which website(s) did you deposit your money with?

Options 24Fx and Fx24 Platform 24Fx is under Holiway and 10Trade. I've already been that route.

This is how they showed on my bank statement. I have filed claims with my bank on 14 transactions.

Would that be options24fx.com and platform24fx.com? If so, then 24fx.com may be accidentally getting implicated in something they are not related to.

You are exactly right and we have figured that out and mended fences. They understood
