But where I am exposed to send them? nobody reply my emails the last email I received the 3 oct, says: somebody are going to contact you soon, yes a person David Lino contact me and said: "No, we are not going to give you one cent" after another person, Chis B forcing me to stay, but I told him every time: I want my money back, after one more James Bosko, same history, but nobody contact me and told me what I have to do to get my money back. papers? nobody told me that! once you ask for your withdraw you are exposed to receive a call from tixfx explain what you have to do to get your money back, what kind of papers, where you have to send them, everything , no? I never received that call.
Only people from tix fx telling me that i can't have my money back is all I received.
So you tell me what i have to do? and where i send that?
thanks

I can confirm that Tix Fx are a scam in my books. I stupidly set up an account with them on the recommendation of an intermediary (Martin Cooper - an intelligent financial scam artist if ever there was one) who referred me to Tix Fx, together with a forex trader (David Lino), and I can confirm they are a fake website with only a demo MT4 platform posing as a real account linked to the markets. They 'trouser your deposit money' and just type the deposit value into your demo account so you think its available to trade as a real account in the forex market. After a number of trades over time either you (or their broker / account manager in my case) then manage to lose trades and diminish the account value - so they get to keep those funds. When it then comes to closing the account and withdrawing what's left - then they just don't let you. That's the way they work. I won't give away further details at this stage as I am in dispute with them you get the idea. So, avoid the two names I mentioned and would treat Forexprime.com and Invest.com with care as well - the people I've mentioned (probably faked names) are linked in with this wider network somehow to form a clever ring that preys on retail traders. For clarity, Tix Fx are unregulated, their smart London postal address is just a wall plaque to a rental office address with about two thousand other registered companies and the sole director of the company running it, Jedi Marketing (companies house 09940948), is a Serbian by the name of Dusan Isailovic. I would not be surprised to learn that the MT4 platform he operates - and which gives Tix Fx so much credibility - as it's an expensive platform - is an illegal copy or a copy they have 'on trial' but have never paid for from Metaquotes. Avoid.

Your findings are in line with mine! Jedi has many shonky sites. David Lino & Chris Bonson obviously not their real names are the main contacts for those shonky trading sites including Tix FX & Carsar trade.

I find your lack of faith disturbing.
It's not lack of faith, it's fact. FPA really can't do anything after a scam has been committed in my view except express condolences. It's really a police matter for fraud where the police won't be interested or won't have the resources to pursue these international gangs. Without the ability to track and prosecute nothing will be done. Where FPA is very good is having the forum open so that people can check scam brokers out before dealing with them.
