Two suggestions for you, First Contact Rebecca here WinChargeback, she will help you to get back your money. And second Open FPA traders court case against them, Check this link FPA Traders Court and follow the suggested steps there.

opteck is regulated how you did not get your money? did you request a bonus?
 
If you deposited by credit card, call the fraud/abuse department and tell them how many promises Opteck broke and how they are fraudulently keeping you and your money apart.

If the bank can't/won't cooperate, WinChargeback may be able to help you.

Brand new account, doesn't care about any details, just wants you to privately contact him. He knows you've been scammed and wants to scam you again.

If anyone contacts you by phone or email offering to help, they are probably are another scammer given your info by Opteck.
 
listen if your account is verified there is no problem to get the money back no problem. first contact then by the online chat they are helpfull undestad your case maybe there is something missing in the docs./ send them an e-mail that they have 12 houres to answer you otherwise the cycs or I.F.S.C WILL TALK BETWEEN YOU BUT AFTER THAT YOU SEND THE E-MAIL I WANT YOU TO TELL THEM BY CHAT THAT YOU SEND THEM AND YOU WANT I CONFIRMATIOM THAT THEY GET THE E-MAIL AND THAT THEY HAVE 12 HOURES TO CLOSE THE MISS AND TO REFUND YOU .BELIVE ME THEY WILL CONTACT YOU. NOW IN THE HEAD OF THE E-MAIL PLASE VERY IMPORTANT WRITE THAT : Please Make Sure That This Is Not a statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury, damage, or other hostile action on someone in retribution for something done or not done.
 
you want to tell me that you trade and you loose your money if ths is the case and you want a refund you can not blame the platmorm you accept to the terms and before the deposit they inform you that tradind caries rick and to trade with only the money that you have you can not go to the casino and lose your money and ask for a refund man no body garantie you that you will not loose i am sorry this is the truth
 
but what are you saying? I had a problem with the platform that they themselves have recognized this and have contacted me and guaranteed a refund !!
