Hi FPA

The Amount 2000$ have been added by Ninoslave in to different broker which is maanfx.com. and is going activating the trade copier service as well.
Due to Delayed by instaforex for depositing is not accepted by another person or Through IB.
So Now finally it has been solved by ninoslave as promised earlier through maanfx.com.

I Really Thanks to Ninoslave.

Thanks & Regards

Can you give more information?

Did Ninoslav deposit real money into an account which is in your name?

It seems like the problem here is that Mr. Ninoslav has unilaterally agreed to give $1,000 just to make up for all the losses. So my first question is what exactly was the performance of the copy service? did it blew out the entire account? How much was loss as a result of the copy service? Venu said he is old customer of profitsignals. so how many years have you been using profitsignals then? Did it always lose money for you? Hard to say who is guilty here. If they lost your money, do they have any written guaranteed that they must reimburse you $1000? It seems like this 1,000 is just a optional thing for profitsignals. They do not need to give this money. If Venu already made money in the past from the copy service and now lost money, that is the nature and risk of investing in these copy services. The only guilty thing is that Ninoslav did not honor his word by giving you the 1,000. But unless this is company policy, he himself has no obligation to give anything.

The problem is bigger than that. Regulated (and even most unregulated) forex brokers forbid 3rd party deposits into a person's trading account.

Unless Venupasunuri withdraws that money and gets it safely to his own banking account, there's no way to be 100% sure that the money really can be withdrawn. Until the cash is in Venupasunuri's bank account, I don't believe the FPA should mark this issue as resolved.
