I also understand from my Support team that you were asked to update your complaint in other websites. I think it's only fair you do so (again, you are asked to update the truth, no one is asking you to delete your comments or to use this or that words. The TRUTH is good enough) - Please find time to update your complaint just like you took the time to write them.
 
Wow. 20% take or or leave it! And that's on top of how "kindly" the client had already been treated. That's the kind of support I look for - to put a broker on my personal list of not-recommended companies.
