You can information at The Central Registry of Winding-up Petitions, which is in the Rolls Building London where the case is heard. Their phone number is 09067540043, calls 75p per min. The case no is 182CR-2017-001579. I have not been able to get though due to high no of calls.

It is confirmed that Bull Markets Solutions Ltd have been wound up by the court. "The Official Receiver is a civil servant in The Insolvency Service and an officer of the court. He (or she) will be notified by the court of the bankruptcy or winding-up order. The Official Receivers staff will contact you within 2 working days of receiving the winding up order. That presumably is what may happen assuming us investors are creditors".
So is there any chance of anyone getting anything back from BM?
I have recently been contacted by a Mark Kerns from 'Central Reservation Services' who said they are trying (successfully?) to get funds back for BM clients from the Binary Options platform run by Cysec (based in Cyprus) which was used by Bull Markets. If I was to pay them a Capital Exchange Fee of ~10% of my fund value they would be able to return my fund in full and also refund the fee. He said the word 'guaranteed' !??
Has anyone else had this or been successful? Should I trust him? Another scam?

I, too, have been contacted by Central Reservations Services Limited. One or two things at this point in time, don't look quite right. Mark should be contacting me tomorrow for further discussion. I will post my findings later this week. It may well be that we will use a legal to find out whether they are a legitimate company.

Ask "Mark" for a website and other contact info. Ask him what country "Central Reservation Services Ltd" is in and what the license numbers are. Ask him who inside of Cysec (with a Cysec.gov.cy email address) will vouch for his company.

I have been in contact with Central reservation and have a print out of an account showing certain BM client names (including mine ) with the status of their funds, currently investigating the legitimacy of the companies and will post my findings as they require a refundable capital exchange payment

Hi . . . would be interested to know if my name is on the print out you received. To that end, can you ring my number 07482319861. I suspect that Central Reservations and Talbot Asset Management are the same people/. When I look at their invoices, they are near enough identical stating 'bank details will be supplied by the agent' - yes I wonder why.
