I had some unpleasant und suspicious experience with my personal Agents from SLS Trade (www.slstrades.com).
So I got idea to check how the money withdraw from my trading account will be working out.
After I got fulfilled the requirements they asked me before they are able to proceed my withdrawal request, I did a valid withdraw request in March 2017.
Two days later, I asked about it by e-email and I got the answer the withdrawal request has disappeared in their system. I immediately did an new withdrawal request and the brokers support confirmed that it appears in the system now and that they are going to proceed with it.
Then 48 hours later(on weekdays) I still could see the pending withdraw request, so I asked by email to proceed it - but I didn't get an answer.
After 6 days later on the 6th April 2017, I reminded the broker again. But again - no reaction, neither back money nor a reply by e-mail.

the review with a 1 star rating I did yesterday too - it may take some days the admin to approve and publish it. I don't know!

today I got a call from the customer service of SLS Trades. The man told there is an old withdraw request pending and he is about to proceed it. He want me to confirm the details of my credit card was done the deposit with, so that he can do the money transfer. After confirmation done he told the card got rejected from the system because it's to old. I replied the card is not too old - it's still valid. Anyway he asked me to give details from other credit card. I rejected to give out details from other credit card and he then just hang up the phone without talking anything more.

Good that you avoid to share details of other card, you must call them and ask them to retry with the old card and lets see what excuse they have this time.

nearly every day I get called now from other FX-broker or Binary Options-Broker.... it's so bothering!

Immediately after this call I got two e-mails (files attached) from a certain pay sercice company "Dream:pay".
Because I got supspicious about how the incident is decribed in the e-mails, I send an e-mails to their customer support asking kindly "I would like to know about the declined transfer below. Was the holder of the credit card the one paying the 1000 € to SLStrade or should he receive the money from SLStrade?".
But I didn't get an answer. So I also asked my bank about this 2 declined transactions. And I got informed that there have been two payment requests from a company named OSG broker, declined.
So ... instead of to transfer money in, it was tried to steel money from my account indeed - this was a bold attempt to scam again. Now it is evident SLStrades is really a scammer.
