I have invested $70000 USD and now they are threating to close my account which now stands at $209000 USD as I do not have another $50000 USD to invest with them. There is $70000 worth of bonuses in the account. They have said that I went onto a platinum membership and I need to invest more funds or they are going to close my account.

First of all, do not deposit a single penny in the name of invest more to get our funds. And one advice Whenever you hear this words that you have to invest more to withdraw your funds then immediately you have to contact your CC department for the chargeback. Now, come to the solution of your problem. Go ahead and contact WinThisCase or WinChargeback to get your money back.

They were trading on the account and so was I and that is the balance in the account. I went to do a trade last night and the position was declined. I did not accept $70000 of bonuses they gave the bonuses to me. I received an email from him last night saying they were closing the account.

So your saying that they forced bonuses upon you and traded your account so now your funds are locked up in the account as per their T.O.S and rules. I am not sure what can be done about this. I don't think they can arbitrarily close your account as your funds are still in there.
I will leave advising in this case to those more experienced but I will be watching closely as I am sure I will learn a lot from this.
This only advise I can give is to follow the advise of the good people here as they have the experience and knowledge that can help you.

They have their own rules. I am following it up so will see what happens.
