After opening an account I was approached several times by Alexey Pushkevich would offered a "guaranteed payout" for one month on apple. I was promised that the amount (US$7,500) would have been refunded back to my card if any loss was made. On placing the trade I was advised that i should place it on gold instead for two months as and there was a 100% certainty of winning. The trade was lost and i was then advised that i needed to sign off on some forms before the amount would be refunded to my card. In reviewing the documents i noted it said refund to my account at Tropical Trade. I was advised that this was correct and in desparatin I signed off with the expectation of trading my way out. I was then approached to put more money in order to be able to enter into anothe contract...I refused as i was now badly in debt to the card company. Alexey Pushkevich stated that he can assist as he had a sure trade and after trying to get me to accept "sure" trades ending December 2016, I insisted that was not accepted. Finally i was given a much shorter period "sure trade" which again lost causing me to loose everything (US$7,500). In trying to get some levl of recourse I then discovered that my statement showed the US$7,500 being removed from my card by "Grey Mountain Management".

If I knew that this was the company was dealing with i would not have done any transaction with them.

Can you please post a screenshot of that credit card statement. Edit out any personally identifying information first.

Looks like proof of another Grey Mountain tentacle to me.

Contact your bank and see if they can do a chargeback.

Tropical Trade brokers take turns to "disappear" and their colleagues take over. I have had several change and the latest was Alex Pushkevich. This time, I had wised up (too late) and didn't fall for his lies.
Amazing that he can talk about "guaranteed payout" when he said there was no such thing as a guaranteed payout because I told him that the previous broker, Sophie Mosco, said so.

How do these people even sleep at night when they knowingly lie and cheat??!!

It's all fake names and the sales people are so pushy! I can't count the number of times I've had to hang up on a broker.
