Giambrone "Forex Litigation" is just another SCAM.

There has been a lot of chatter lately about Giambrone Law Firm in Italy that supposedly can help get money back from Forex and Binary Option scams even if they are unregulated companies / vanished / dont reply to clients anymore etc.

I paid the first £2500 [GBP] and they will now not reply to any of my emails and calls are never returned. I just get Italian secretary on the phone takes info, rushes off the phone etc etc.

It has been over 8 months now. They were writing me DAILY before I paid, and now I have got one email after sending 5+ over 6 weeks and they finally replied once.

Brokers like Iron FX, Banc de Binary (both Cyrpus) and offshore island companies even worse, have no recourse besides chargeback.

While sites like FPA are very good at warning us, law firms like Giambrone and others are trying to take advantage of a bad situation to make themself money.

I am ready to give up at this point. They clearly just try to collect a few thousand sterling from each client and make 100K+ for themself, and then eventually give up the case or maybe recover a few chargebacks, etc.

You can very likely chargeback yourself and do not need lawyers help, and these lawyers who claim they can win cases places like Cyprus etc are liars.

I also politely recommend the FPA consider no longer recommending these type of lawyers.

BEWARE of these Fake Lawyers who do not care about your interest!
2500£ for Attorney is too good to be true anyway and I have learned my lesson.

Please watch out, there are people offering to help you recover money from binary option scam but it's just another scam . Don't get scammed twice. These people pretend to be victims as well and offer to guide you to get your money back. They refer you to a upgrade company which will ask you to pay a fee then ask you to deposit more money to activate the account. Ellen whales and Traders solution Centre was the one I was dealing with. Also ,I seem to be have a hard accessing complaint forum after this. They have a way to block people from posting this up that's why I haven't seen anyone else talking about recovery scam. If you like to know more detail of this please let me know..

I really don't see how a law firm in Italy can recover funds from Cyprus or other Offshore places when CySec isn't even helpful to investors.

Are you kidding? I am in Middle East, Banc de Binary is Cyprus company ran by guy in Israel. Don't accuse me of being BdB! I doubt they are scared of this scam law firm anyway. All just scammers scammers scammers.

Believe me I know more about BdB than 99,9% of the others. I am one of those very few persons who got a big amount back from this scam of all times. Read my posts. Some israelian people helped me and I will always be grateful for them.

I just dont believe your story about 2500 upfront fees and after that getting no contact with Giambrone. I know for sure BdB has all the reasons to be afraid of this trial.

This "law firm" is nothing but big crooks indeed! I paid them just 1500 a year ago to go after a broker and they did absolutely nothing. No return to emails or any action. All just big sales pitch!

I can also confirm this is a scam, I've had the same experience. Paid a few thousand pount upfront and they do nothing, tell you how hard it all is and never talk to you or reply to emails. Very similar to our friends in Binary Options, only on the phone when they want money from you. I'm looking israel now, I think companies there are best suited to this.

Hey Pertti-I have been a valued member of FPA for a year and a half now, and I have received valuable help from many of our top guns and I have also helped many members in that period.
Please don't write off some of the comments here by our hurting members as not being valid or truthful.
Have you met Giambrone ?- He's loud, brash and tending to over exagerate.
Really!!!-everything you don't want in a Lawyer. I personally know many of our members who have been ripped off by him. I too signed up for the class action and it morphed into a giant money making machine Perti. People like Rebecca who has done wonders for our members would have to agree, this has spiralled out of control. The free class action has become any thing but. Perhaps the wording from BrianOshea labeling Giambrone a complete scam is not 100% accurate but that's what it feels like. Once they got clients names and money up front, their service became appalling and costly. What do you expect our members to say.
Pharaoh is correct in saying that Giambrone has now got private investors backing the action, so perhaps in the future he will force some sort of huge win and I hope he does, but in the mean time- I and many of our members are really hurting and they need nurturing not negative comments. Hey plz don't take this as a personal attack on you. In hindsight everything always comes clearer. But if this thread has offended some of our newer members and I know it has, then I am sorry for them and I apologize. We do our best but at times it becomes OVERWHELMING-Take care -Tolly we try!
