I have chosen to reply to this remark outside of Pharaohs article as it has no place messing up an important post such as that.

Thanks for keeping us informed.... Was upset reading the comments further down and seeing Seargeant and his picture showing a baby smoking... Now thats sick and vulgar showing very bad taste and should be removed.

I am going to stoop down to your level to try and help alleviate the suffering you must have to put up with on a daily basis due to your hyper sensibility and general lack of education and culture.

This smoking baby is to be looked at as an example of comic satire, it is not a real baby and that is not a real cigarette, it is a joke about human weakness. A baby smoking is ironic, that's to say it is unexpected and this can, in normal people, provoke some mirth.

To call something 'vulgar' would normally have sexual connotations or a reference to bodily functions....... I can't see vulgarity in this image.

When you call for the removal of this image what exactly are you trying to prevent and who do you think you are protecting? You are the first person to comment out of hundreds of people who have seen it and not one person has taken offense the way you have. Your viewpoint is extreme and makes you sound ridiculous, however it does beautifully illustrate my point that the PC mentality is everywhere and never ceases in it's pitiful struggle to try and make our world as bland and grey as possible.

Stop being offended and start adding something to the world.

If yellow cab or anyone else wishes to discuss my avatar or political correctness in general and the right to be offended, please feel as free as you can under whatever censorship regime your currently living under to comment below.

Sorry....it just occurred to me that smoking babies would require:
1) Lighting one end on fire
2) rolling them and perhaps wetting the paper to inhibit fast burning, and
2) inhaling from another end.

I can't stand for that kind of behavior, and I insist on it desisting immediately.

Reminds me of when I went to Austin, TX. If a guy walks into a clothes store with a cigarette in one hand and a shotgun in the other, a cop will say, "YOU! Lose the cigarette!"

I guess the rationale is that one can kill a person....and the other's just a shotgun.

Well we've all had a bit of a laugh at this but imagine my surprise today when I opened a tabloid newspaer (UK) and there staring at me was an almost exact image of Ricexs avatar!! A small child with large cigarette hanging out of its mouth. Apparently its mother thought it was cool and posted it on Facebook. Friends and relatives thought otherwise though and reported it resulting in the cops paying her a visit. I didnt try their website but you might find the story if you look in thesun.co.uk

I personally wouldn't wipe my a**e with this excuse for a newspaper as this kind of stuff is their bread and butter 'journalism'. A perfect example of how hysterical the stupider side of the public can get over a joke, I mean for gods sake the POLICE were called in!!!

People have really lost their sense of proportion and their ability to just think about something long enough to come up with an idea slightly more profound than 'kneejerk'.

There is no message you stupid woman, it's just a joke!! why do these people think we are all now going to start forcing our babies to smoke. Don't worry Missy Elliot I'm quite sure that no subliminal message has silently crept into my brain.

This is what we must fight my friends, it's them or us.
