Hi ForexPeaceArmy,

This is Avidd, and I want to ask for your help and assistance re: profit-forexsignals.com. I registered to their service and availed their 7th year anniversary promo on May 15,2017. I paid for standard account $200 for 1month subscription plus 7months subscription because of their promo. I used their service for only 1day coz I don't like the signals that they sent me. I tried it in a demo account, and the signals they sent me are losing signals.I followed their instruction what is written in the sms alert, but it's not working.

Last May 16, 2017 I asked for refund and told them I am not happy with their service.

They told me they will process my request right away and I just need to wait for 3-5 business days and my funds will be credited back to my account. They even told me that my funds will be credited on Monday,May 22,2017. Monday was the 5th month and they assured me that it's in my bank account now.

Unfortunately, until now Thursday, I haven't received the promised amount. I kept on sending emails to them and follow up my request, but I havent received a reply from them since Monday.

I emailed their customer service, and I was told they already transferred the amount to me. I am demanding for a proof of transaction or reference # but they couldn't give me one. I want a proof showing their transaction.

I was upset coz the time I am inquiring, they reply immediately, but now that I am demanding for a refund, they make it hard for me and they are hard to reach. No REPLIES from clients@profit-forexsignals.com

It's not a big amount, but I need it and it's a big help for me. May I request that you help me on this and recover the deposit I made with them.

I hope you can guide me on what to do?

Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Thank you for these tips. I will do this asap and will let you know about the progress. I don't want just to give up as if nothing happened. If they will continue this kind of style, a lot of people will be upset.

You did a great job, wait till Monday to get their responses, If they failed then message here I`ll suggest more steps get your funds back.

Yes, I will wait. Actually I didn't email them today. The past few days, I kept sending emails about my request of refund, but no action from them.

Hopefully they would do now something about it.

Will wait til monday, please advise me what to do next.

Avidd forget to add 2 attachments what he got from us. So our task is done. We cannot make pressure to payment processor or banks for his refund. Usually all refunds are processed within 2-5 business days, depending of clients country it can take and two weeks. So we do not understand his problem.

Hi,

You're telling me that I forgot to attach the screenshot of your transaction. As you can see the date, you just processed the refund lately on May 28. And you even told me that due to holidays, the funds will be with me on wednesday May 31. I made my complain before that as the time of writing. Meaning to say you lied to me when I first requested for a refund last May 16. You told me it was processed and done, but look the time and date of your transaction, it was just last May 28, and until now it was not yet credited to my account.

When you sent me your transaction, I told you that until it has been credited to my account, should I call it solved. But now I'm still waiting for it to reflect in my account, so I will wait until tomorrow.

As far as I know, the date shown there in the transaction was the date you processed my refund, and not the date it was credited to my account, because until now I'm still waiting for it.

May 15- the time I deposit to you.
May 16- I asked for a refund, you told me it's done And i will receive it on next monday May 22.
May 28- you just processed the refund. Meaning you lied. Between May 22-26, I kept following up the refund, and this was the time I asked for help from Forex Peace Academy.

Does this make sense to you PFXS?
