Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem GreyMountain Management's Nest of Binary Scam Brokers

I am having an issue with a company
I was scammed out of half a million dollars by Glenridge Capital. They have given me a few hundred back, but they kept making excuses why I could not get any of my original money back. I have since called a company by the name of Birmanglobal.com which I found online. They say they can get my money back and they have referred me to a lawyer by the name of Tamar Hamm operating out of St. Louis MO.
Hamm Tamar, Attorney
1010 Market St
Saint Louis, MO 63101
Phone: (314) 621-8400

So far, I am being asked to pay up front 10 percent and they will begin to work for me. I have not invested any money in these people yet. Another scam???

Hi, I'm a former disgruntled high level employee of Greymountain Management. I was the CTO, responsible for creating and maintaining their payment software and IT architecture. I was David Cartu's right hand man in this (something I am deeply ashamed about).

I was given generous severance package when I left (€30K - over 4 traunches), and was due to get paid another ~€10K off them over the next two months.

Just got a phone call off them yesterday telling me that they are in liquidation and that I would not receive payment for the moment.

This has hurt me financially. So seeing that David Cartu hurt me, its payback time. An eye for an eye.

I'm seriously pissed off here, so ask me anything about GMM and I'll be only too happy to spill the beans.

I'm sorry for taking a part in you all losing your money, I smelled a rat as soon as I walked in the door on the first day and it took me a few weeks to figure out what was going on. Eventually I got greedy and decided to stay because I was getting huge bonuses and gifts, trips to Israel, Disneyland etc. Was on €100K salary.

David Cartu is the most narcissistic megalomaniac I have ever met in my whole life. Cheated, swindled and conned his way to the top. He shits in a bag too.

GMM Insider, does my last name ring a bell and who answers the phone when one calls GMM?
You may be one that I must chat with. This is my work here.
Thank you good sir!

lol, I remember you (thanks in no part to your tenacious phonecalls to the office.). Your name is Mike, right? Well what I can tell you is that every time after you emailed or called there was a comedy club in the office - they were just laughing at you.

Personally, I felt bad for you. I thought at the very least you should have received your stake back as a measure of good faith and then negotiate over the money that you won.

It pained me reading this thread for the last few months and not being able to talk and tell you exactly what was happening. You have made many assumptions and a lot of it was incorrect, but I would be very happy to paint the picture for you and tell you about how the money left your card and got to his pocket and all the shady tactics to hide the trail in between. This con makes the wolf of wall street look like amateur hour.

Sell me this pen....

You got me. I loved pissing Danielle off. Hell, I even heard one guy tell another guy in the office "Hey, can I hang up on this guy?" I got 5 different reasons why I didn't get my money, they couldn't keep their stories straight...Brooke in the Support Group told me that I would get my profits. Uh huh. Email the Irish Central Bank, my contact is rscott@centralbank.ie and let him know who you are and about David and Josh's extravagant lifestyles, racing cars to Josh's kicking apartment. David made a HUGE mistake and he won't know it until it hits him. So not only do they scam unsuspecting people, but also former employees. Why didn't he just move you to his year old venture?

The guy is a megalomaniac. It was his way or the highway. To cut a very long story short he wanted me to sign a legal agreement to continue my employment with him after a dispute. I wasn't prepared to do so, (he couldn't deal with that) so he said he would find a way to make me sign it. I told him to give it his best shot. In the end, we just agreed that he would pay me hush money to keep my mouth shut and I would walk away. I agreed to this, he now broke the agreement so I'm here to hurt him. I'm only getting started. I've a call with the liquidators on Monday. Then I'll take it from there. Thanks for the central bank contact. The irish equivalent of the IRS will be my next port of call.

You are very welcome, they are very interested in the new megacharge.com site. The Ferraris and Porsches will not sit well with the Central Bank. Heck, their cars are worth millions. This is where he gets his cocky attitude...riding his brother's coattails in racing.

Did anyone from GMM ever review this site? I hope that they are nailed to the wall and made to liquidate EVERYTHING. These Wind Ups are a joke, they will just move their operations elsewhere. What scumbags, I am sorry to read that you were treated that way.
