Placed a withdrawal request for €1000 over a week ago and they just ignore it. Have been writing to them every day now, kindly requesting that they give me my money back, but to no avail. Even phone calls every day have no effect. They say it's my money, they're not scammers, etc. but in actual fact they are.
Stay clear of 10Brokers !

Two steps that you must follow

1st - Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

2nd - Invite him via Skype or any communications address you have.

If they did not come and reply here then message me I`ll suggest you more steps to get your money back.
Note: Share your account number too (Just account number) so you can have a solution soon.

On 11th August I received this e-mail from Marc Owens:

Dear Martin ,
Sorry that you had this experience with us . Our company has started an investigation on your case due to the fact that you did this investmend by your self and than started ruining our company profile . We have tried to contact "FPA" about your review and your case is doing to be investigated . We have sent all the phone calls recorded and your emails to CyCec the commision that deals with EU trading clients .

In the meantime it's nearly 4 weeks since I placed my withdrawal request, which 10Brokers completely ignored, right from the start, despite my writing or phoning them every single day, kindly asking them to execute it.

In answer to the question why I started withdrawing my funds without placing even a single trade with 10Brokers:

For these simple reasons: when Victoria phoned to say she would give me trading signals to help me grow my capital I replied that due to my job I was always home at different times of the day. She replied, this would be no problem, I would simply have to contact her when I was available. She said she was going to send me an e-mail with all her contact details etc. That was 17th July - this e-mail I've never received to this very day !

Anyway I made my deposit and waited for her contact details - in vain. After a day I wrote to Paola Miller, the receptionist, requesting Victoria's (I still don't even know her surname) contact details . Two days later, on 19th July, I got this e-mail from 10Brokers:

Dear Martin,
This is a presentation email . I’m Simon Klain , your senior account manager here at 10brokers.
I wanted to inform you that I will be the one that will follow you up during your trading experience with us since Victoria left yesterday to Cyprus for a seminar . I will provide you all the tools that you need to be successful in this business . Can you please set up an appointment so we can get to know each other .

I later learned that Victoria was in Malaysia (not Cypress) and that she had been fired. This was too much: too many lies, contradictions, too many arrangements being thrown overboard, too many things that just didn't tally (like everyone from 10Brokers all using the same e-mail address ! Especially not being able to contact anyone, neither by telephone, nor Skype, nor e-mail (except for the receptionist). That's when I decided to take my money and quit, without placing a single trade. . When people aren't open and honest with you, you don't feel inclined to entrust your hard-earned money with them.

You want to check "what is wrong" ? Let me explain, it's very simple...
When a retail trader puts his hard-earned money in the hands of a non-regulated broker, he also puts his trust and faith in him, knowing that if things go wrong he won't have the protection of a regulatory body. Seeing not all brokers can afford this expensive regulation, it becomes a relationship based on mutual trust between trader and broker. Now when the broker decides to keep the client's money to himself, by ignoring all withdrawal requests, it's a breach of this mutual trust, which in my opinion is the meanest and lowest form of deceit you can get.

In the case of 10Brokers, who promise "quick and easy withdrawals within 48 hours", to leave the client waiting for his money for weeks on end (in my case nearly 5 weeks now), clearly shows where they stand, morally speaking. My account manager Victoria (supposedly "fired"), promised me personally that she would return my €1k to me, which she never did. Her superior, Marc Owens also assured me on the phone on the 28th July that he would personally see to it that the withdrawal be executed. Which he never did either - for no reason at all: no open trades, no bonuses - nothing ! Just clinging to other people's money through sheer greed and deceitfulness, thus abusing their trust. I even had the Vice President (Allan I think is his name) assuring me on the phone on the 8th August (before they blocked my phone number) that he would have the withdrawal carried out that very day. All false promises ! To most people a promise is sacred, but to them it means nothing. No sign whatsoever of any honesty or integrity in their behavior, just lies and deceitfulness ! This is "what's wrong".

Brokers such as these should have their website blocked in order to protect future traders. But labelling them as "scam" is at least the first step in the right direction !
