After I signed up FMTrader someone called to guide me to deposit $250. After I deposited the money a broker called me to ask me deposit $6000 because he said he can not make money with this amount. I refused and then he asked me to deposit $250. After I deposited another $250 the next time he called me to ask for more money. Then I did some research on this company and found a lot of complaints about it. I requested withdraw in December 2016 but until now I did not get any money back. I did credit card charge back in Dec 2016 but not successful. Can anyone help me what should I do in order to get the money back? Does anyone successfully charge back?

Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat

Filed the credit card charge back but unsuccessful.

I did contact FMTrader via email, phone call, facebook but nothing happened. This is crime. I'm contacting police. Anyone has the similar situation please let's us work together to fight against the crime.

Have you checked with the winchargeback service or how did you filed this charge back which went unsuccessful..!

the credit card company said they don't have right. another said you are doing investment.

Hi I am going this.company with lawyers. They got me for 225k with a way much the same as everyone else's stories. They r professional scammers who r taught very well how to rip the Aussie people as they see us as rich and plenty of money to lose. These people are Nigerian even though they say they are U.K. Notice they all sound NOT from U.K.? I won a chargeback but I only filed for the money the broker stole from my card (28k) which is another story. They aren't even brokers and unregulated which is automatic reason for the bank to grant it. If I knew about chargebacks properly I'd have got the whole lot back.
