Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Mychargeback

Any update on this? I'm considering using MyChargeBack.com but the retainer via speaking to them is 2 installments of $750? However, their T&Cs seem to indicate $72 via:- mychargeback.com/terms-conditions

Unless, I got the conversation wrong they said if I lost the case I would just lose the retainer? What happened to the Money Back Guarantee:- "If your bank shall decide to against you after you have submitted your MyChargeBack.com response cited in your Chargeback case number, MyChargeBack will refund your purchase" - see above link.

Is this just another scam company? Anyone successfully used them?

Ask them what this extra fee is for. From their website, it appears they only charge an up front fee to send something which I'm guessing is mostly computer generated but checked by a human. Email them and ask where the extra fee comes in.

No offence please! Just my experience..

I am not convinced any charge back companies are really helping people with something they could do themselves? The people who claim that it has worked for them, have these people verified to FPA, with bank transactions and receipts to state they have received funds? I have tried a few, and more often than not my experience has been bad. Mychargeback has a standard template and does not care for what the customer has to say, I wrote them mails stating the same and again on chat. No response!!.
I see all these charge back companies as other mini scams, and many have said these are created by ex Binary option scammers! WTF? Why did they turn new leaf? If so why cant they just go public with all the info they have? Why make it another business?

In my opinion, even if its expensive ,The best thing to do is to to speak to a local/physical Consumer Disputes Lawyer, who will know the local laws and your card provider. Expecting the brokers sitting in some place to refund you anything is probably not going to happen.

If you did, I will be very happy if any of you really had anything back from the brokers or chargeback companies. Like to see all proof !

I actually contacted Mychargeback.com to see if they could help me get money back from Tradorax. As they squandered my money, replaced it with unknown bonuses then put it into a long-term losing trade, that was "insured" LOL, let someone else besides the account manager trade my money and so on and so on......Nathan from my chargeback.com called me and explained to me the legal guidelines of a chargeback and also you are dealing with companies that are not in the US. My chargeback is licensed in Delaware, and banked by Wells Fargo in NYC. I sent him my info, and even having been told no by my bank and by mastercard, he said I have 540 days to legally seek a chargeback. The feds in every country are on to these scammers. Jason has 2000 scam companies he is working with and people of all intelligence that fell for these scum sucking scams, and he also to me a few very tragic stories of people who lost it all because of these scum bottom feeders, all, to the point of taking their own lives. These scum suckers split our money when they get it. How much they suck from us is their commission.
I am still within my legal limits, and I pay a fee up front to get it started, and then they take 25% of what they get back. And give me the upfront fee back.
I'm giving it a shot. He told me Tradorax is on his scam list. I will let you know how it goes.
Hello, I have just this week realized that I have also been scammed by Tradorax, have you had any success with my chargeback? can you confirm if they are legit?

Hello BrandiAnne - Read your post and very interested in how your situation is progressing with my chargeback. Are you satisfied with how they've handled it thus far? Does it look positive? Would you recommend them?

You are most welcome :)
Hello FxMaster - Mark from winchargeback contacted me and advised that they would be working on this as a collaboration with my chargeback. He said that this can be trusted as they have agreed to support and reference each other with cases and that I should receive further contact today or tomorrow. Have you heard that they are collaborating now?
