Markets.com withdrawal problems

When I opened my account with Markets.com they specifically mentioned that any withdrawals may be deposited only to the same account used to fund the account. I sent a withdrawal request to remove all funds and requested that it go back into my credit card. They are refusing to put all the money back into my credit card due to some excuse "technical limitations" and now asked me to open a skrill or neteller account to receive the balance. I am not prepared to open either of these accounts. I want my money put back into my credit card.

You can try two withdrawals with the amount and I read the letter it has $65.75 difference. Or you can at least withdraw the amount mentioned in the letter and rest you can withdraw later with cc.
 
Strange .. as I know if you depisit 100$ via credit card, broker will refund same amount to credit card and any profit will be paid to you via other ways... technical limitations is invalid reason ...!

I agree but they state the problem is with mastercard, so I was not prepared to argue anymore, withdrew the money via skrill and placed it with another broker
