I've been called today and I invested $250
My "manager" has my username and password and keeps making trading transactions without my consent
My account is not being verified by theM
I don't want any profits I need my $250 back asap
Pls help
 
If you made the investment through debit or credit card then call your issuer bank and claim for chargeback.
 
Thank you tradebee . I did try that ,however , they told me that I have authorized the transaction through OTP so I cannot have it reversed . However the transaction is on hold & not complete.
ZP keeps asking to me sign a form asking me to accept the terms & conditions and to confirm I have paid a deposit , however , I am afraid to do so as i fail to agreee with them .
The broker has been accessing my account &a trading on my behalf ,he has access to all my details & they have even blocked my access to my account now .
Pls help !!!

Hello Arle,
You can tell your issuer bank that you have done the transaction with OTP for the particular service but it has not been provided by the merchant comapny. As your transaction isn't been settled yet to the merchant so they ask you accept the terms and condition and sign a copy etc. Even ZP can refund the fund directly as it is allowed to every merchant by the payment Gateway provider. You will get your money however your broker can do it smoothly in a amicable way.

Why did not respond to my object and ignore it from you and I objected to have a period and demand a refund and solve the problem and simple topics are answered and solve their problem.

DONOT SIGN THE FORM!
Once you sign the form, they will not refund your money. Raise a complain and let them give you your money back!

The amount of 250USD was refunded back to your CC on August 16th. Even though we tried to contact you several times via phone and e-mail we did not receive any answer from you. We consider your case solved!
